Just moved from a neighboring community so I used another HD location. This was my first time at this location which is closer to my new home and I was pleased. Just as friendly and help as the Elk Grove Location.

The Glendale Heights store and associates are my go to whenever I need anything. I only live 4 blocks from Ace Hardware but I will travel extra miles to go here. Good clean store and knowledgeable associates.

Have always been extremely pleased with each experience at the Glendale Heights, IL store. Special recognition to Department Manager, "Lisa" (Usually in Doors/Windows) has always taken a direct interest in our needs in those areas and has gone out of her way to make sure things are perfect!

I've started to shop this store few months ago. It's much better then any other one (competition including) in chicagoland. The difference is the people. More friendly and helpful.

I was greeted at entrance and found help right away

the store was clean and workers were not hard to find.

I was having a bit of a plumbing emergency as I took apart my outdoor spigot (because of slow leak) and have no plumbing experience and was in a panic because I wasn't sure if I could get things back together without calling a plumber. Javier assisted me in the plumbing section showing me exactly what I needed and even assisted me in taking apart my spigot assembly. Once I got the parts back home I followed his instructions and was able to put it all back together with no more leaking! I couldn't be more pleased with his help and knowledge. Thank you!

My associate, Don, was very helpful with my return. He took the time to process everything that I was saying, search for a solution, and did it all while treatment me with respect. Thanks!

We bought a new outdoor gas grill. To save some money we decided to rent a van from the store. It was available to accommodate our needs. The unit was large and fairly heavy and it would have been difficult, at night, to complete the delivery to our home. One of the staff volunteered to accompany us in the van to our home to offload the grill. It would have been near impossible to do this without his assistance. My girl friend and I were very thankful for the associate's assistance.

The store is so close to my house. I always have a good experience when I go into the store always clean and associate are always nice and knowledgeable with the products they sale.

America and Joanne were extremely helpful. I noticed an item I had purchased online a week ago had been reduced by 50% in the store. I had run in about 10 mins before closing to pick up last minute items for a project when I noticed the decreased price. As I was leaing, I asked if I could return my online purchase to get the reduced price. America and Joanne were very accommodating. They spent the next 30 minutes helping me find a way to get the lower price, which required them to stay well past closing time. Their help and time is very much appreciated!

I do not like those self check out. prefer to have a human being check out my items

Clean, current, in and out. SImple...just how I like it

I drove 45 minutes and past two other Home Depots because of the service I received in the paint department at this store. The sales associate was extremely helpful when it came to deciding on everything I needed to re-hab a two bedroom, one bath apartment unit. His paint recommendations helped us save time and money.

Other than having to wait about 10 minutes for an associate the visit was good. Once the associate did come to help us and said he would be back in a minute, then a number of associates came by asking if we needed help
