Today, I walked in the store with a problem, while holding my toilet tank in my arms. Stephano was called to the counter and did not hesitate to assist me. I felt quite stupid and helpless, but not only did he help me, Stephano was extremely polite and professional. I appreciate that he went above and beyond for me, so I even mentioned it to his manager. All the ladies at the customer service desk were also very friendly and helpful as well.

The (Return Dept.) is great. I met a lady named Shirley, and she gets things done. She'll ask a few questions about the product your 'r returning and takes pride in taking care of your needs. She is the best. If you need help, she'll find it for you. Thank God for people like Shirley. Thank You.

I gave it 3 because, I love the store it’s organized, clean. Some of the employees are rude and just don’t want to help, in multiple occasions I have asked them where can I find a product and they flat out tell me they don’t know and walk away. They can at least try by asking another employee.

i find this location very easy to shop and very helpful from associates.

We attempted to order chain link fencing from your store, I was met with a total lack of knowledge with regards to ground anchors for the posts. I found these online and had to show the Associate. This individual was completely disinterested, promised to get us a costing and determine if the items could be ordered, yet never came back to us. He could learn a bit from some of your older staff members.

I was looking for a product to clean my concrete driveway and could not find it. The lady at the service desk looked it up on the computer. The store manger was near by and heard what I was looking for and also look it up on his phone, then took me the location. He also answered my questions on the product. Now that is excellent service!

I'm not usually a Home Depot shopper, but this store may have changed my mind! The folks here were knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and made my life easier. I received assistance in appliances and paint. I looking forward to a new dishwasher on Saturday . I'll be back for paint as soon as I can pick a color.

I like the way the store is laid out. All the employees seem very knowledgeable when you ask them questions. I recently purchased a washing machine and had no problems with delivery or installation. Goodbye Sears and Kenmore.

WHEN I ENTERED THE STORE SOMEONE GREETED ME AND ASKED ME IF I NEEDED DIRECTIONS TO A DEPARTMENT. ONCE I ENTERED THE DEPARTMENT I WAS GREETED AND ASKED ME IF I NEEDED HELP. I WAS IN THE APPLIANCE DEPARTMENT AND IN THE PAINT DEPARTMENT AND I MUST TELL YOU THAT THE EMPLOYEES COULDN'T HAVE BEEN ANY NICER AND HELPFUL.

I'm doing lots of home projects so going there multiple times a week - happy with the service ad the stock available.

Overall, the shopping experience was generally a good experience, but I am completely lost when entering a store as vast and with so much to offer as a Home Depot. It's overwhelming so I depend on excellent customer service and am usually in a stupor upon entering so if no one asks if I need help, I generally waste much more time walking around aimlessly figuring out if what I need will be in whatever aisle has been labeled with a general subject. Usually I am wrong in guessing. I only go to Home Depot for a specific product or tool for a specific task I have on hand, so I need help every time to find that tool or product. I got decent help on my last visit, but after being shown the item I needed, the employee instantly walked off to resume work and left me looking at the choices. I wish the employee had asked what my project was to better assist me in choosing the right style of the file I was buying. I also wish the employee followed up with any other projects or tools you need? so that I could reply, YES!, as I need razors, boxcutters, might have known I needed an Allen Wrench set, a socket wrench set, a new Phillips screwdriver, etc...and I would have left the store spending more money and have more much-needed tools for my project at home. Having been an ex-employee of Home Depot, I know follow-up questions help the customer spend more money, get more things they need or did not know they needed, and may offer the customer some insight into the project at hand that the customer was not aware of.

Very cold and rainy on April 29th. The store clerks were upbeat and friendly, dispite the weather. Cashier, Rosi, talked me through a credit card application. She explained everything and answered my questions. Being a military veteran is a plus due to your Home Depot generous discount. Thank you for being in business with a large selection, good prices, and knowledgeable staff.
