I needed guidance to paint my balcony walls and floor. I did not know what kind of paint I should buy and what supplies I needed. As I entered the store, I approached an employee who directed me to the right aisle, where another male employee was helping a customer. As soon as he finished with his customer, this particular employee went above and beyond to help me choose the right items and at a reasonable price. This store is clean, conveniently located in Glendale, Ca and has ample parking space. The aisles are clearly marked with the type of merchandises and the employees are friendly and service oriented.

It's kind of sad to me how so many "hard workers" who come here for supplies can't work hard enough to put their carts away when they are done loading their cars and trucks. Carts left in parking spaces, rolling into the driving area, blocking the handicapped spaces (and I'm not handicapped) -- it's just sad the way some people expect Home Depot employees to follow them out to the parking lot and clean up after them when they leave. Be human, people. Suggestion: if you are hiring from the men waiting in the parking lot, find the ones putting away carts as they wait for work. Those are the True Hard Workers, even if they aren't getting paid. Imagine how hard they will work for you.

My mom and I went in yesterday to buy a lot of blinds for her house. We were helped by three employees; Ryan, Magda and Marta who went above and beyond to help us out and made a normally tedious experience into a warm and friendly one. Great job!

I always enjoy shopping at Glendale location because of its closeness, helpful staff, neat displays, knowledgable staff. Sometimes a certain products are not available and I can find newer models online. Over all an excellent place to shop.

The store had a good size parking lot and well located by street or freeway. The cashier Elen was really nice and helped me right away.

If you have a paint or stain issue ask to talk to "Chelo" at the paint dept at the Glendale Home Depot, he helped me get a great outcome with my project. Besides being very knowledgeable he is really friendly and helpful.

The Glendale Home Depot is an excellent Home Depot!! I go there often as I am a local Handyman and they have what I need most all of the time. I get excellent customer service there and good deals.

The employees from electronical don't like to be asked for help and if they do help you they practically scream at you

Felt rushed by the appliance employee to make my refrigerator purchase. He wanted to get back to joking with his friend. Gave me false information on the product so I can leave faster. Also, I felt as if he were giving me a lecture on why I didn't know certain things about appliances and how I could be so dumb. He was a roadblock between me and a refrigerator I needed to buy in order to help preserve food for my family. Which means my quality of life has diminished by that much. Not recommended at the utmost extent. Never again.
