I purchased a 95% energy efficient boiler and an 87% energy efficient boiler was installed. Now no one answers my emails or returns my calls.

I bought 3 LG products and was excited to have them in my home. Bob M. Was a great help

The self checkout is terrible.

I bought a refrigerator and asked if Can I add take away services later? It was very difficult to get that done after I was told I could. The manager was very rude and arrogant.

Tried to look at Ryobi trimmer. Was locked up. Had to get someone to open. Chose to purchase and started to put in my cart, only to be told that they would have to take it to the register for me. I said forget it. If you want to stop retail theft, get rid of self checkout, hire cashiers and guards to stand at exits to stop people if anti-theft alarm goes off. Don't treat good people like criminals.

I was greeted just as I entered the store. The associate asked if I needed any assistance with finding anything. I told him what I needed and he escorted me to the aisle and asked if I needed any further assistance. I said I was good and he thanked me for visiting the store and allowing him to assist me. I wasn't in the store ten minutes! Thank you Home Depot. See you next time.

James in garden is to be commended for his top tier customer service. From my initial phone call to my in store experience, James made the entire process quick and easy. Daisha at the service desk and Edward who helped load my vehicle also went above and beyond and all three of them should be recognized and rewarded for their stellar efforts. They are all a huge asset to your company.

Bria, the cashier, was super friendly and helpful. I was using my Pro point and was having a tough time with the transaction. Bria quickly stepped in and assisted with a big smile. Great customer service... Thank you Bria !!

The Golden Ring store is a little tough driving into and out of. That is the only main down fall. The store is great outside of that.

I really appreciate the sales associates that recognized my needs and acknowledged my presence. Also when I had to make a return, Ms Heather Jones-Stokes helped me checking out the right product when I had difficulty.

What makes a business really great is quality products at a good price coupled with excellent customer service. Home Depot is definitely getting it right.

I consider this location (Rosedale # 2587) to be ‘my’ Home Depot. I live close by and even though there are three other stores within my radius, I always default to this store. The service is good and products are always available.

Terrible customer service. Attendant lacks the knowledge and training to work at the PRODESK. Attendant was rude and impatient. She didn’t know the difference between concrete and joint compound. Additionally, she rang up incorrect quantities of the material being purchased.

I was very pleased to pickup 2 Morton's Ice Melt containers and a new pair of 3M Thinsulate Gloves.

Products were exactly where the web site said they would be and it was exactly what I was looking for. My first time at this HD & I thought it was a great store. Super employees.

Great service from staff in the electric department. Nick was very helpful in assisting me to make the right choice for a light ballast that I needed to purchase. He fielded another phone call while assisting me and was still focused on getting me the right part.

We went to this location to purchase a live plant, employee Jay who deserves a 10 star rating was very efficient , and helpful, knowledgeable of what to do and what items needed to take care of plant. Jay was excellent, clean store all employees at the location including cashier Lopeka was great…very friendly.

I pass a couple hardware stores to come to this Home Depot. Megan in blinds/shades and floors is a treasure. She is so good with the materials and she can make any situation work, always making sure satisfaction is achieved. Just an amazing person to work with.

This was a very unpleasant experience! Erica (Rosedale/Golden Ring ProDesk) needs customer service training. She is also the least knowledgeable rep at the ProDesk. She lacks product and material knowledge essential to serving PROS at that desk.
