With expert help from the Home Depot paint/stain expert who guided us to use the Behr All in One Wood Cleaner followed by the Behr Deck Over Stain we transformed our very old deck to what feels like a new deck. Thank you.

This store always has friendly and knowledgeable employees that make going there a pleasure. The employees in each department are very well versed in all aspects of the products in their department. This type of customer service comes from the top, so kudos to all of them.

We bought a garage door from Home Depot and the staff was so helpful and knowledgeable. They made sure we knew about the sales and helped us pick the best one that fit our needs.

I continue to shop this store because of the employees. They are amazingly helpful when I need advice on paint color or flooring, and go above and beyond to locate things within the store. The only negative I've experienced is trying to locate items stored in "odd" places.

Always greeted and helped by multiple employees. I appreciate the service in every department. Recently, it was help with paint. I was consulted with and it got mixed in less than 10 minutes.

I've worked with Wayne Benkert in the Flooring department and Justin Fletcher in Millwork. Both were extremely knowledgeable and helped me select exactly what I needed.

I paid extra for delivery of kitchen cabinets twice for them to be delivered damaged and broken.

I bought boards for a deck. I inquired if the boards could be ripped to take them from 6 inches wide to four inches wide. Apparently, that isn't a service Home Depot performs for some reason. That is bad enough. What's worse, when I inquired, the response from the associate was "nope".

I was there to get stain on a Saturday which should be the busiest day of the week. There was no one there to help me. I had to search the store for help. I went to flooring to find 3 associates with their feet up who didn't seem interested in helping me. One person finally got up and struggled to help me with the stain. Once I had the stain I left. I will go to the Grandville Home Depot from now on.

Being a senior widow I sometimes need extra help with purchases at Home Depot. They are always willing to go that extra mile to assist me. I have never had a bad experience here.

Not a great store, lacking in stock. Lots of cheaper parts, warped lumber, if you're not into quality, it works. Shop local saw mills and hrdw stores for better selection and to be more beneficial to the economy. Mostly Chinese crap store.

I repeatedly have had to go to the Home Depot in Grand Haven, they always have what I need and everyone has been kind and helpful. I am thankful for them in the community.

We ordered a flooring sample. When the sample arrived, there was a 10% off coupon in with the sample. We attempted to make our flooring offer but the coupon wouldn’t work. The home depot attendant kept the coupon and we never received the 10% off…

Donna, in the kitchen cabinet department was extremely helpful in assisting me with making selections and went through the order process thoroughly.

Was at the self checkout scanning my items when an elderly lady (employee) walked up to me and watched as I scanned my items. Half way through she started counting my unscanned items. Asked her politely if there was something wrong. She stated “No”. I replied that it felt like there was. She then stated “If you knew what kind of world we lived in you would understand”. First time I ever felt like a thief scanning my items. Told her to have a better day and went on my way. Just a very odd exchange and like I said first ever bad experience there. Maybe they have high theft at the scanners or maybe she was having a bad day. Don’t know but thought I’d share my experience.

I wanted a stackable washer & dryer that was online only. Kathy was great she walked me thru the online, printed it out for me and all. I told her I was going to do some comparison shopping. Well I was so impressed by her I went back and ordered it. Thanks to the staff in the appliance Dept.

Received a gift card for Home Depot being from Holland I never even thought of going to this store. Customer service was very good. Everyone I went by either ask if I needed any help or just said Hi. every friendly store.

Help here is second to none

I have worked with Kris twice now and neither time was in her department! She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. It didn’t bother her to be helping me outside of her area. I will go back to her whenever I need help and recommend her to everyone!

If I ever have a problem locating a product..I always find someone willing to help.

I love going to this place (Probably more than I should) and they have the best service. Prices are solid and the store is very clean and organized.

We met Dan, the store manager, and explained that we wanted to order the Drolet Deco II wood stove but needed assistance with delivery and he jumped right in to offer the help we needed and our new wood stove is on its way. People like him are why we keep coming back to Home Depot!

Some products were out of stock and employee's were difficult to find when i needed assistance but over all the store was clean workers were friendly tho scarce found most of what i needed and generally happy with my trip

This kind young man helped me exit the garden center after they closed the gate to get to my car... While I drove to the other end of the store - he pushed my cart to the other end of store to check out...helped me check out - then loaded my heavy bags of dirt into my car.. He is the best !!!
