The store was clean, we did not have to hunt down an employee for help, each employee was courteous and willing to answer all our questions. I was referred to this store because of their reputation and was not disappointed. I felt we were doing what we needed to do to complete our remodeling job successfully when we left the store.

The store is very well organized and the employees are visible and willing to help you until you don't need them any more. Also the knowledge of the employees is also very nice. Our experiences have always been very good.

Still a work in process store. Been a life long Depot shopper and after 38 yrs in the retail business I find this store lacks some floor skills in the areas of layout - too crowded in the main aisles. It also has some in-stock or inventory on hand challenges. Too many times I have found bins not restocked or the store totally out of product. Est. this is a store mgmt issue. Overall great floor teams and real experience on the floor

The assosciates are more knowledgeable than most home improvement stores I’ve been to. Al helped us in the plumbing department and promptly greeted us. I had a broken toilet handle. I showed a photo of my toilet, and he saw I was about to purchase the wrong handle and correct me. Then he explained the problem that likely caused it to break in the first place and gave me detailed advice on how to fix it and what I would need. He also noticed we were buying air filters and informed us the same ones were available in a multi-pack. 11/10 very friendly employee and deserves recognition. The cashier Jennifer at the customer service desk offered to check us out as she saw us walking by.

This store is the best Home Depot location my husband and I have been to. This is basically our second home because the associates are so great and friendly and helpful, but not overly pushy. It's well organized and clean and normally well stocked. I recommend this store!

By far this is the best HD store I have been to in years. I actually want to apply for a job there so I can work under the store manager. They are firing on all cylinders at the at the Grand Haven store. Thanks for a wonderful experience and Lisa the cashier was OUTSTANDING.

Store was clean. Several people asked if we needed help finding something. Product was actually easy to find. Salesman was available but did not hover while we shopped "online" in the store to review products.

Always find what I need to start or finish any project I tackle. I'm always greeted and asked if I need assistance. If I need help, I always get the help I need. Very friendly store. We shop there a lot and recommend it to friends and family.

I recently ordered materials for a picnic table and was impressed by the quality I was provided. Bill is an exceptional employee. He went above and beyond to get me good lumber and even hand cut my composite boards in half for my ease in transporting them. I would gladly recommend this store. Ask for Bill the next time you're here!
