Everyone is knowledgeable and helpful! The repair department is unsatisfactory but they get the job done. A large quantity and selection of power tools and things every home owner needs to be successful!

I've noticed that this store has great associates that treat each other like family. If there's a problem they need to solve they come together to fix it. It's a great sight. Inventory is always plentiful and prices better than Lowes

Clean store, products neatly organized, and you have the most, awesomest (yes, I know that's bad grammar), customer service rep named Heather. No matter what she's making, she deserves a substantial pay raise. She went above and beyond the call of duty to help me find my misplaced order when I had also misplaced my receipt. Please give her a raise, if you can. Keep up the great work!!

I recently purchased a Samsung French Door Refrigerator from this store (along with many other materials for a complete refurbishment on a Spring Lake cottage). The delivery company just dumped it on the driveway - not very helpful - however I called the store and they sent two gentlemen out within an hour to assist me - it wouldn't fit through the door to the kitchen. Mike & Gary went above and beyond to help - they took the doors off the refrigerator and fixed it all back together again in the kitchen - well done guys - you were GREAT. I will definitely be returning for many more supplies for my project.

Very competitive prices, great assortment of items, and available friendly assistances if needed can be found easy. You can find free professional assistance with your projects and even attend local classes if you wish I really appreciate the location of the store, but not during huge special events in the area. Because the parking becomes very difficult during these events with visitors using up a great percentage, or portion of Home Depot available parking spaces, and sometimes the visitors are not very friendly and are rude. Sorry but it is the truth, but it is a great store, with great customer service and prices.

Great Home Depot, clean, well organized store and product layout, friendly and very knowledgeable employees. I shop in various Home Depot's from Grand Rapids to Muskegon and this one is my favorite.
