Good employees I would always want to shop at this store.

I bought - M18 7 Tools Combo Kit, through on going July 4th Deals, Home Depot offers 50% discount on this combo, it is durable, amazing and worth the price

They keep heavy bags of salt after checkouts, and "store policy" mandates you have to carry each one to your trolley on the store side if check out. Not the best!

I appreciate the help Alvin gave me with finding my replacement lemon tree!

This is the first time an employee has asked if I needed help and walked with me to the aisle or walked with to me the correct person. Greatly appreciated getting help on the gas line..

In the lumber section, I asked 2 employees to help me cut a piece of wood. I explained I was scared of chainsaws and didn’t have the strength either to use one. They both told me that if I can’t cut it myself, to hire somebody and they couldn’t help me either because they were scared of the chainsaw too. I was asking for a small rectangular piece, I wasn’t asking for many pieces or something that someone that works in the lumber section couldn’t do. Horrible service and experience

I have a positive experience every time I go to that Home Depot. I am a regular shopper there. The managers and employees are so willing to help. They are knowledgeable, friendly and kind. This is one example of many. I couldn’t reach a bag of heavy rocks. A young lady (who was studying music in college) offered to help. That is all I had asked for. I had multiple heavy pavers and rocks in my cart. She pushed the cart to the register and then pushed the cart to my car to unload it.

I was looking for led dusk to dawn floodlights. Your website said there were 318 available for the Grand Parkway Store. However when I arrived no one was able to locate them. Fix it so you don’t waste peoples time.

I purchased a light switch Lutron in Georgetown when visiting my grandchildren the light switch does not work so I tried to return it in Katy but for some reason the purchase could not be found on Katy return dept on same credit card

They offered quick solutions to my questions and with their help my toilet is now working fine.

I placed a pickup order but unfortunately the order went to a store that was 16 minutes away. Rather than just "sending me on my way", this young lady offered to fill the order for me from the store that I was at. She went back into the store, found my items, and checked me out. This type of service is so RARE, but I have always been impressed by the staff at this Home Depot. In particular, on this visit!!

But I don’t like to be told that the salesperson is going to honor something and then makes it seem like he/she did when they didn’t …… makes you feel like you were tricked and not respected as a customer

Went at this location (Katy, TX 77494) to return the item. The lady (Patty) at the return desk refused to accept the return bcz it’s purchased online and is appliance ( Kitchen Stove hood) Then called CS online support; I was told that store is supposed to accept the return . Therefore, went back again— item was accepted for return without a question by other associate . Weird customer service Will never like to go there again to buy anything.

This is my favorite HD to go to. Its cleaner and not quite as chaotic as the location of Fry and I10. In their defense, the Fry Road store has mainly contractors buying there.

I went to Home Depot to get a gfci plug and a power washer surface attachment. The gfci plug wasn’t where the app said so I flagged down an associate. I told him what I was looking for and he said, “It’s on the next aisle”, with frustration. I don’t work here so how am I supposed to know? I walked through your whole store and not once did anyone ask if I needed help. This location lives up to the Home Depot reputation of “run before they ask for help”.

We went to buy cellular shades and the selection sucked. We are a Ryobi family now and their selection is great.

The store overall is always pretty organized and there always seems to be a employee around to help out finding anything.

I went to HD to buy three sets of locks all keyed the same. Only found two and needed the 3rd rekeyed. One idiot teen told me they don't do that at HD. Another told me to look around the aisle where the locks were and someone would help me. Finally found a somewhat reasonable person who paged someo to the lock aisle for assistance - but no one ever came to assist. Until they stop hiring teens more interested in each other than a job- I will be going somewhere else. Employees of HD use to know something about hardware- now they are clueless.

The staff is very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. This is my favorite store for home improvement and repair projects.

Items bought on homedepot website and missing because the store did not shipped it and is sitting on their shelf when i arrive the store.
