Michealangelo is the best thing to happen to this store in quite a while. I can tell a difference he has made since becoming the manager.

I used to manage various departments at this store-never was it allowed to be in the condition it is now. We were not allowed to walk by customers without greeting them. Now, I feel as if I am an imposition for walking in the store and bothering the associates-michaelangelo is a crappy manager

i was about pay, costumer representative Paula was talking to another employee and i was already in like ready to pay, she was talking about her personal life for about 5 min, Silvia which she was so amazing asked me to come to a different counter and pay with her, paula started to mock me and laughing because silvia helped me, as a company owner i spend lot lot money in this business and at least we deserve good costumer service, i felt humiliated and embarrassed to be at fry rd location, Silvia was extremely helpful and patient Hope she get what she gives, good treatment and quality of service

I was looking for something and was directed to go to the paint section. The man told me to go to the different department but again I was directed to the paint section. I didn’t want to ask the same person, so went to customer service. There was Kevin who was kind and helpful showed me where I could find it. Yes, it was Paint department. Thank you Kevin.

Very helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell. Friendly and easy to work with and communicate with. This is my favorite store to visit as a contractor.

I just had the most amazing customer service experience at the Fry Rd., Katy Home Depot. I needed a plumbing piece to fix a broken shower and within minutes I was helped. Came home & resolved the problem within 1/2 hour. Just amazing!

Sales associate #RGOWL57 refused to attend to me when I explained that I did not like the condition of the item I purchased online. I asked to speak to the manager then proceeded to wait another 15 to 20 minutes only for the Manager to not acknowledge that I was there waiting on her. The manager never spoke to me and I left. Overall, very bad customer service with a store management that are not customer centric.

I went to this store while doing errands, due to it's convenient location. I'd never been to this particular Home Depot before and feel it was easy to shop and the employees are helpful and available.

I shop this store very frequently and always find what I need. The staff here is very helpful and friendly. From major appliances to nuts & bolts, they have it all.

Before I could confirm email account for my receipt The account was closed. I had to go to customer service for refund and recheckout. Clerk did not know how to make it happen

Amazing Customer service experience with Travis and Sara. Travis was very friendly and super helpful he was extremely knowledgeable on the product I was purchasing and product location of other items I needed in the store. Sara, the cashier was a breath of fresh air and made check out a breeze.

Associates weren't interested in helping an 80 yo man load 10 bags of mulch

Tom, from the measurement department, came to my house on the 02/07/2023 at 2:00PM and complained that my house was too big and he didn't have the time to take the measures. He refused to take the measurement and left!!!

The only salt available is water damaged and now frozen into giant blocks, will not work for water softeners. They will not make undamaged inventory available (on top shelves in the garden center) until customers clear the damaged inventory.

This is our one stop shop for all repairs and improvements. Products are available and easy to find.. many options to choose from. Associates are kind and ready to help.

Aaron was great he was happy and willing to help and not only with my first inquiry which was for keys he was also helpful with my other inquiries including walking me over and sharing his insights. Mr. ADAM at the lightning department of the Home Depot at 6850 Fry Rd has been a haven of good knowledge in this department for 3 years that I have visited this store. He is a Wizard! Kid you not! He has such a vast knowledge of his depth inventory and how to utilize all the different items there to achieve your end desired goal! Seek him out! My daughter and I got string lights and a candelabra fixture to finish 2 of her porcelain projects. I promise...we could not have done it without his ideas!!!!

Trying to get help getting a pot down ask one of your associates to help turned around and looked at me and then turned around and walked away. Other customers in the store couldn’t believe the rudeness that came out of this man if he doesn’t want to help then he shouldn’t be working there. No one greets you. No one’s willing to help. Everybody just stands around and does nothing.

I purchased 14 bags of soil and mulch. Before I could make it to my car a young man named Victor asked if I would like help loading them, I said "Yes" of course. He immediately began loading the bags into my car with care AND did it happily and with a smile. I definitely appreciated the phenomenal customer service.

I used to think of this Home Depot as one of the friendliest ones around. But cashier James was rude and seemed like he was more worried about going on break than helping the long line he had.
