Friendly and helpful staff. I like a smaller store that feels like community .

I was shopping in the appliance department and had many questions. Charlee came to the rescue and handled everything beautifully. Unfortunately this location couldn’t deliver the appliances I need in a reasonable amount of time. I would have had to wait 6+ weeks to get them, so purchased them from a competitor. I still suggest you give Charlee a raise because I would come back because of her.

I am a frequent shopper of this particular store, as it’s near by. On this visit it was for a hodge podge of items, I asked a store employee where or if the store had dimmer switches for lamps. The young gentleman I spoke and received awesome help from was named Thomas. We looked in one area, he immediately knew he next place and nail it! Thanks Thomas, you’re quick on that job. Give the young man a raise. You don’t get that sort of help these days. I’d say you got lucky with him. Fo sho! See ya soon, woodworking needs stuff.

Just wanted to say what a great experience my son and I had today at the Grants Pass store! The large item we ordered was promptly and safely loaded into our vehicle, staff was super friendly, and the store itself looked clean and well organized. I've always liked this store, but today we had a super great experience and we wanted to say THANK YOU to all the staff for creating that with extra holiday cheer.

It’s a busy time of the year for everyone & they are no different. Overall I had a good experience. Just gotta be patient. Keep up the good work ya’ll.

Always a challenge to find someone to help. Very typical for a giant home improvement retailer. When you can find someone they take their time and if they don't know they find help. Also when you ask where to find something they also usually walk you to what your looking for. Overall very friendly store.

Two employees helped me over the phone one evening. Could not have done more to resolve my issue. Then when I went to the customer service desk the next day, a third employee, as I started to explain why I was there, stopped me and said "Oh you must be 'Holley' your purchase is right here !! Professional and friendly.

Yesterday my husband and I went to the Grants Pass Home Depot for a 12 foot piece of the artificial Fescue outdoor carpet. Vanessa was very helpful along with another gentleman who's name I did not get. They made the process quite fun.

never enough service helpers on nice days, saturday and sundays when regular workers are off of jobs and need to do something for their homes. middays from approx 11am until2pm less then adequate service helpers avail in store. management style lacks understanding of what the public needs as each store location is different, you can not run grants pass store like one in down town jersey.

All the staff at the Grants Pass Home Depot are terrific. They are always super helpful and if they can’t answer one of my questions they find another staff member who can.

This store has what you need with leading brands and decent prices.

I didn't have to go looking for someone to help me.

All purchases have been beyond my expectations.

When I went into the store I wasn't sure exactly what I was looking for Frank stepped up and showed me exactly what I needed and how to operate it it was awesome.

Despite a manufacturing flaw in the purchased item (not Home Depot's error) which required a return/exchange of the item we bought, your staff was helpful and moved quickly to resolve the issue. Store is clean, well organized, conveniently located. Made a bad day much better for us.

We are doing an extensive remodel and this Home Depot has been a huge resource for our project. The staff is helpful and friendly, and the store carries a good selection of building materials. Home Depot online has also been a great resource for fixtures and decorative items needed for the remodel.

I JUST PURCHASED A LG ELECTRIC OVEN AIR FRYER LOTS OF GREAT FEATURES. I HAD GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ALWAYS BEING ASKED IF I NEED ANY HELP.
