bought a snowblower 13 months ago, plus an extended warranty (3years), it wouldn't start, brought it in 2 weeks ago. It cost me $20.47. Then they call me an insult me. Then we pick it up today and it cost an additional $20.00. Get it home, put gas in it and it leaks gas and won't start. Ridiculous. Not to mention the guy was very rude when we picked it up. I call to see what they fixed and the guy said "I don't know what you are talking about" . I am furious.

Cashier Nicole was super today she made me keys and she did it while being friendly and polite. One thing i notice she wants to help she wants to be there she loves her job.

Normally I love this store. The associates are attentive and friendly. That is why I keep coming back. Today must have been an "off day" as no one greeted me or offered assistance. That is not the norm however. Knowing this, I will continue to shop here.

I wanted to give them a two and a half star 4 there assistance customer service is not the best there's only 3 people at customer service and only one helps you why the other one sit around doing nothing except for talking with other employees about unrelated subjects of work I would like to see the supervisors and everybody at the pro desk more focused on their work than what they did last night leave your home life at home and put on your work boots and put on your work face leave your home problems at home and when you're at work do nothing but focus on your work is what they need to work on I sat at the customer service desk with one person front of me three people at the customer service why two of them are sitting talking nothing related to work a half hour to wait for one guy only one out of the three were working so if it was possible I would give them a two and a half star but seeing that it's not I have to give them a 3-star so don't be fooled overall two and a half Stars

The Home Depot in Greece New York was extremely clean and the prices are very very affordable. The employees were not only knowledge ball but were eager to help and very efficient. I will be back

I found this store to be clean and well stocked with friendly, helpful employees. I recommend it.

Except for some visiting children that wer making great noise, everything else was OK.

One of the better loctions in the rochester area. always had what i ways looking for when i went there. staff was always courtious and provided they wheren't new hires knowlagable about their departments. store was kept as clean as one would expect a ware house store to be. i would deffinetly return if i where in the area.

I thoroughly enjoy coming to this location of Home Depot due to always having confidence from previous viaits that if I need assistance, the employees are eager and very willing to help. They always have a good stock of all items. The store is always neat and the checkout cashiers are always courteous, friendly and professional.

This store is closest to my home and the one I prefer to use when in Rochester. The people on the floor are quite friendly and helpful. The store is always neat and clean. We winter in Arizona and I just wanted to comment. In Arizona the associates who greets you usually walks you to the isle and points out what you are looking for. Being a woman who does not know many products etc. this really helps, This is probably unusual but I do tell people about it. It does make that store stand out above others.

Know the price of the of the product you are buying. The cashier put in a code of a higher price instead of scanning the product. After another employee verified the correct price, she threw my money on the counter. I will never shop there again and I don't recommend this store
