The store was very clean product easy to fine and the staff there were very helpful

Every time I shop at Home Depot, the store associates are helpful, the store is clean, and everything is well organized and easy to find. I do most, if not all, of my home repair and remodeling shopping at this store, and I've never had a negative experience except for this one time. While purchasing paint, I realized that I did not have my HD credit card with me. The cashier was having trouble looking up my account, and needed the assistance of the cashier supervisor. The supervisor was rude, unfriendly, and impatient to both me and the cashier that was checking me out. I could tell this made the cashier uncomfortable, so I commented about the supervisor being rude and how much I appreciated the cashiers help. Although she was obviously treated poorly by her supervisor, she remained professional and friendly. I will continue to shop at the Home Depot, but I hope to never have to interact with such an unprofessional supervisor in the future.

The associate that helped me was very knowledgeable and concerned for my equipment. It's nice to know people out there care.

My salesman Jim Romano was VERY helpful, friendly , polite & professional . Because of him I purchased 2 gas freestanding kitchen stoves. Thanks Jim for all your help.

I RENTED a snake at store 1244 in greece ROCHESTER N.Y.!!! THE OLD ASSOCIATE TOO WAYYYY TOO LONG TO HELP A CUSTOMER WHILE PEOPLE WERE WAITING HE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE RUDE AND THE AREA WAS A MESSS I NEEDED TO KNOW WHAT I WAS BEING CHARGED 162 dollars for he didnt know!!! TERRIBLE experience at the rental department

From the moment my husband and I came through the doors, till the moment we checked out there WAS always an associate to direct us and answer our questions. The store was in impeccable shape and very clean . The staff were also very knowledgeable, patient and straightforward with their products. We look forward to doing more business at this location in the future!

We purchased paint on Memorial Day, 05/25/15. There were two people working in the paint department when we arrived. We waited patiently for our turn. The whole time we were waiting there was an associate, Nicole H., who was working behind the paint counter. As she was working, we notice she was smiling. The whole time. We continued to watch her work and she continued smiling. It was our turn and she continued to smile. I found her smile to be infectious and I found myself smiling. She was very polite and had the knowledge of the position she was fulfilling. Good customer and good people are hard to find these days - Nicole H. was a breath of fresh air.

Not a great selection of annual flowers or garden decor but what I did find was really nice. Was hard to find help in the electrical/lighting departments and related products were a little spread out from each other... would think it would all be in one area??

Every experience in this store has been good! The associates are always available, it seems, and the cashiers are courteous and friendly!! I honestly can't remember a trip to this Home Depot when I couldn't find what I needed, or find new ways to tackle my home improvement projects! I have an older home and I live on a limited income. The Home Depot is the best place to not only help me stretch my dollars, but do so with quality goods and a pleasant experience. Thank You!

I go to this Home Depot because it is easily reached from my home. I have always found store employees to be thoroughly knowledgeable, outstandingly courteous and friendly. The most important thing to me is knowledge of product and services. This store is fun and always rewarding to visit.

During our purchase of carpeting at home depot we were given several different answers to the same questions by store management. Mackayla our associate from flooring was great and so helpful, but those that we had to deal with to have corrections made to our quote was not helpful at all. When we originally asked if we could use our military discount on this purchase we were told yes and then another manager stated no! It was a crazy and hectic process and during the entire process no one seemed apologetic or remorseful at all for us having to come back 3 different times in 2 days to just be about to make a single purchase.

Finding a good quality store is always a plus, but consistency is what counts. Can the store deliver results every time. Well for me it is a yes. The store has always been there for me, and people I talk to who work there or have worked there say how much they like to be there. It is nice to have cheerful people around you. The store has what i need, and keep on improving.

I went into Home Depot with a list of what I needed to repair the harsh winter's damage to my gutter and roofing. I had no idea where to find most of the listed items, but saw the hardware sign and started there for the nails that my handyman was specific with. Looking like a deer in the headlights, an associate, John noticed me as he was helping another. He asked if I needed help and I showed him my list. As soon as he finished with his current customer he took my list to task and I was able to find exactly what I needed in his dept. He was honest that he was unfamiliar with the gutter section but was unafraid to ask help from other associates, all willing to lead us to my needed items. When we got to the drip edges and sealant needed, he sought out David, the expert and together they had me quickly taken care of. I went to the self serve cash out and was met by Bob who immediately let me know he was there for me if I needed help. I didn't, and as I was finalizing my sale, he started grooving and humming along to the rock song playing at the time. I found that endearing and as I walked away felt that I must let Home Depot know about the jewels that they had employed. What a great experience I had, I can hardly wait to come back! I thought and knew that I would be back asap to shop for my garden. I am in this store at least 3 x's a week with my new solo home ownership and can't wait now to come back!! Thanks Home Depot for making my trepidation a joyous experience!
