Home Depot is the best option for power tools. They always have the tool I need when I need it. It's a shame they have to lock everything up now, but it's usually easy to find someone to get a tool for you. I was a little upset when they stopped selling gas powered lawn equipment but they have brought them back. Milwaukee and Echo are two of the best. The store is always clean and organized so it's easy to find what I'm looking for.

This specific store has consistently maintained fabulous customer service. My family and I are always greeted in a genuinely kind manner and offered help throughout the store without breaching borderline harrassment. The employees seem to truly enjoy the company and position they have which reflects in their caring demeanor and attitude.

1st- pro desk went out their way to help me with an issue. And facilitated getting my items to the store! 2nd lawn and garden helped load all my mulch and soil we got! Huge help cause my back is on the fritz! lol 5 stars all the way around today

Needed assistance with a grill and they were so helpful! Also needed some help from the service desk and they were wonderful! Thank you, thank you, thank you for making my shopping experience an A+ at Home Depot!

Not only was I greeted upon entering but I had multiple people offer to assist me. Always have quality materials. This is my go to hardware home improvement store

I was greeted and asked if I needed any help, which i did, by nearly every employee I came in eye contact with. The level of attention and courtesy is definitely a culture at this location. Bravo!

Overall experience at the Greenwood Home Depot, the staff are always courteous, well informed, and very professional. If you are in a bind for time to finish a job, you can count on quick and efficient help to get you what you need , and back to the job site . Well trained and inventory wise associates, can mean the difference in completing a job on time or losing future business. My hats off to the training that Home Depot employees receive.

I just bought a toilet and had installation set up by your sales person named Paul T. I haven’t been treated this well for Customer Service in a very, very long time. I highly recommend him if you need any type of appliances.

I have purchased 2 GE dehumidifiers within the last year. The first one quit right at a year and the second one (I had to buy again) is so loud you can hear it from the basement all through the house!

Thanks to Heather for her assistance in selecting my appliances also maximizing the various sale prices to my advantage. I have always found the sales associates of Home Depot to go out of their way to assist you and they are knowledgeable which is a big help to me.

Everyone at this location is so friendly. The older gentleman with long white hair in plumbing and Shane at checkout are amazing.

i bought a cub cadet ultima zt1 50 in. Price was good the staff was very knowledgeable (colin). i had to drive out of my way to this store but i will continue todo that just because of the service the staff was giving me and every team member was happy. and thats not easy on the job

I will definitely go back to this store. As the customer service was excellent on my visit. The employees were visible and easy to find in very polite and helpful. The large bags of mulch were too heavy for me to pick up and put in my cart. Whenever I inquired about a sale price. I just missed the sale, but the manager gave me a discount on the open bags of mulch, which I really appreciated. The employee that help me with the mulch. In my car also went to the cashier with me and told them of the discount and also follow me to my car and place. Those heavy bags of mulch in the back of my car for me. They were really too much for me to pick up because they were so heavy. But the customer service was totally unexpected. As in other places, I've had a wrangle heavy bags. And it's been exceedingly hard to pick those big heavy bags up all by myself, as i'm sixty five in a female. The experience was pleasant all the way around and to be able to have the employees visible for me to ask questions and To help me. The way they did was so surprising as I don't feel like i've gotten that in other stores. I will be shopping there again. Thank you home depot.

My issues were resolved in a timely and professional manner with some of the best management and customer service personnel…. I highly recommend the Greenwood Indiana Home Depot Store!
