I’m a tinker- and artist. I create a lot of projects. I often need to have wood cut. I would not go to any other home improvement store than this one. Every person I’ve ever asked ( and always the first person I ask) is willing and able to cut it. No waiting for them to find someone else or me walking around before finding someone.) There is always a trained person nearby! Makes the trips quick and easy! Last trip was to cut wood to make shelves for extra cat toys! (Painted black)

Bought a second refrigerator from you and received no credits even though Black Friday is a day before delivery.

The item I wanted needed to be special ordered. The associates were very friendly and knowable about the process. Thank you to all the associates the helped me get this ordered

Ron in plumbing helped me pick out the right items and made the call for an installer to do the work.

HD had exactly the refrigerator and microwave we wanted . They are being delivered on Wednesday at no charge .

I have purchased numerous products here and have never been disappointed. Associates are very helpful and seem eager to help. Cleanest men's room I have ever seen at a store of this type.

Horrible experience at this location. Ordered product not kept in stock, was assured it would be in next day but told to come to store because "most likely" no one would call me. Returned to store for pick up and informed product wouldn't be in til 2 days later. No attempt was made to rectify the issue.

I bought a generator pigtail for storm use. I will always recommend Home Depot as it is my preferred home improvement store. Product variety and quality is better than any other store I've been to.

I purchased the blinds at Greer, SC store. Donny from Flooring was extremely patient with me even though I changed my mind twice. He worked with me so that I could fit these blinds within my budget. He was very helpful and courteous.

I shop at The Greer Home Depot quite often. The store associates always are courteous, helpful and a pleasure to work with. Please tell them their rapport with customers is far better than their competition.

I am 63 and in good shape and i always have workers willing to help me find items, pull wood, and help load. BEST HOME IMPROVEMENT STORE!

I purchased Flooring in June. It will now be October before I get the flooring installed.

Pete in the Plumbing Department was a superb help in addressing my needs.

I came to the Home Depot in Greer Friday to get 25 bags of Mulch. I went to the register and a female worker was there. I told her I needed 25 bags of mulch and if the would be able to get them from a new pallet as the other 10 left were very wet and too heavy. She said sure and she rang up the amount and said the associates would help get them down. It was within 5 minutes that 2 men had it and they took it to my car and put it all in it and with a smile. I wish I had all their names but I was so thankful. God Bless them all !!

If you need help, go see John in lighting! He was so helpful in helping me find the right sizes and brightness of bulbs that I needed! I hadn't had to deal with fluorescent bulbs. He was very knowledgeable! Thank you John!

I went to it said it was in stock online. When I got to the store, it was not in stock. The employee, wanna be, looked it up and said yes it is. Then took me to a completely different part of the store that had nothing to do with what I wanted and said oh guess we don’t.

Usually can find an expert around, no matter what department I am in.

During your weekly meetings everyone should be informed that Home Depot no longer installs exterior blinds.Would help out customers greatly.Made a trip into the store payed deposit and now have to make another trip back to get refund because I was not informed.

The first employee we saw when we entered looked up the item we needed and directed us to the right aisle.

We prefer to shop at this Home Depot just because of the helpful, friendly staff. You are always well staffed and it is never hard to get some help and or advice. Good job with your hiring practices, management!
