Very disappointed that the mulch and pine trailers were down in the contractors end. Made it extremely hard to get in and out. Will not shop there again unless they move it back it’s too inconvenient

I found out today that I could order an item that was online in the store, that was most helpful!

I visited on 1/26/2024. There was no associate to ask me if I needed help. There was no cashier to check me out. The store was average not exceptional..

Love Wood laminate and garden area. Also, Lorianne's customer service skills are the best.

just moved here, found great paint ideas, new kitchen appliances, window, door and cabinets to re-do the new home.

I recommend Home Depot. They are friendly and ready to help you get your job done right.

I frequent this place a few times a week they have good men and women young and old working there some go out of their way to help you better than a lot of stores

This store lacks in customer service from employee leaning on displays because he to lazy or tired to be of help, to employees with backs to registers not caring to help when problems exist with self checkout.

Nothing but self check out. Do I get paid for doing the stores job of checking me out out to buy their products? No. Total B.S

If you need supplies you will get help at this store, much better service than across the street.

Visited in August and asked man working paint department for a recommendation for a project. I explained the desired goal and the surface I was working with. He gave a recommendation and I purchased according to that. The paint he recommended was horrendous. Extreme VOC that caused me to leave the room for days even with windows open and the finish was the opposite of what I described. I went back and he tried to recommend something specialty but I told him I spoke with professionals after the first mishap and wanted a specific option. He argued it before admitting what I was requesting is what he uses. He then told me he “didn’t know what I was going to do” with the original paint because it’s hazmat. No refund, credit or at the bare minimum and offer to dispose even though his recommendation led to the mistake.

Today I shopped at Home Depot in Taylors. I was very impressed with the level of customer service while there. Several employees asked if I needed assistance and actuall smiled while doing so. What a pleasure it was not feeling like I was unwelcome or a nuisance.

I will be giving more of my business to Home Depot. Their employees understand the importance of successfully completing the shopping experience of the handy-man level of shopper like myself. Their employees are knowledgeable and take pride in their work.

I bought an oven online and the transaction process and delivery were extremely professional! The appliance sale prices over Memorial Day were the best over .all of the stores' I compared to online.

Karen and Ali( paint department) spent time trying and successfully matched some Behr Paint that was purchased several years ago. Instead of having to repaint our whole bathroom we were able to touch up spots that required our attention

Any time that I ever need to go to Home Depot? I always find exactly what I need by myself, or with a trustee associate. I would say that all the associates for the departments know a decent amount of what the department holds and exactly what you need. I never am waiting long before I get the product that the associate is looking for me. I love how clean the store is and how helpful everyone is there.

This is what a Home Depot should operate like ! Excellent customer support and service.

Kathleen in the paint department was very knowledgeable and helpful with all our questions and assisted us with choices for our exterior paint project.

Repeatedly, when I shop at this location I have received help above and beyond expectations. The staff is very courteous and willing to help serve. They have answered questions and have also led me or directed me to the merchandise I wish to purchase.

I bought a mop and bucket and I love it.

It's always a pleasure to work with the folks at the Greer store. On the pro side they are always knowledgeable and empowered to handle any challenges we encounter. It's refreshing.

It's not every day that customer service really makes an impression on you. We had a difficult item we were looking for that is normally sells quickly. Thankfully, Billy took the time to listen to our needs and took the initiative to search for it. He kept in touch through phone calls until he found out item and had it ready and waiting for us. That effort did not go unseen and I truly appreciate and recognize the wonderful service he provided today. Our cashier was a lovely woman named Carol who worked quickly and efficiently all while maintaining a friendly personality. Thank you for providing such excellent service.

We started painting our kitchen, soon will add stone tiles, counter tops and maybe appliances, that's why we need the $5,000.00 H.D. gift card, and with the military discount we can buy much more. Thanks Home Depot.
