Bought item as new but when I got home, parts and instructions were missing. It was obvious that it was a return by another customer because there were screw marks on the hanging bracket. An inspection of the return would have discovered these issues.

I am a disabled veteran and generally that means that we get a military discount. Well went in to buy a propane grill today, walked out with a charcoal because of the sing being misplaced and the employee not wanting to listen that it was a charcoal grill and not propane. Also that charcoal grill was USED. Thats disgusting. Secondly at the same trip the cashier behind the customer service employee that was helping me check out didn't want to let me use my pro-xtra which contains my military discount. So not only is there no record on my account of the in store purchase he also refused to complete his customer service agreement he took upon employment at Home Depot. A trip prior to this one I went in to get a paint sample and the girl at the paint desk refused to help me or ask if I needed help finding anything. However, she was fully okay with asking/shouting at another man that was looking for paint in the same area. She even said she would get the paint can for him match the color and she did. However, 5 minutes of watching all of this and she's just standing there talking to him refusing to help me. I went back to looking for base paint. I saw she had finished the can handed to him and he walked off and I headed straight for the desk to ask my question. She looked me directly in the eye and went down a separate aisle to avoid me entirely. The male cashier even used his female coworkers account to ring up my order

I really like this store. It is across the street from another hardware store, but it's the one I'll go to first because the service and selection are always excellent. Right now, i'm typicallyl in there to get some small items for a quick fix and they are always stocked and it doesn't take me a long time to find what i'm looking for. People are quick to answer questions and it makes you want to have a reason to shop there.

Sometimes it can be overwhelming finding everything you need but employees are great to assist if you need help.

All 3 employees looked up what I tried to buy and 2 weren't even from the garden dept. We didn't end up spending much this trip. BUT I have some shrubs picked out for the future when I get more money and time.

I do all of our family handy-man work around our house, and the competence and care of the home depot staff makes my shopping easier (I seldom have to return an item). The Home Depot staff deserve a 5 star rating. I docked the overall rating to four stars because I have had to go to a specialty plumbing supply for some parts. It could be that I could have accomplished that through customer service at Home Depot (next time I'll try that). Also, no fault of Home Depot staff, the quality of some parts is questionable (they have to be replaced too quickly). Maybe a different supplier could help.

The lady in the paint department was so helpful! She not only answered my question, but actually took me to the item I needed instead of just telling me what aisle to look in. Kudos!!

The garden center was well kept. Checkout was quick and the cashier was friendly.

I was having an install completed today and needed a small cut of wood. I went to the Pro Desk to ask a question. Not only was I helped but the employee walked me back to the area, helped me with my selection and cut the wood. I was in and out in no time.

The sales person was knowledgeable about the products, very polite and my shopping experience was easy!

Everytime I go here I get personalized service with all my needs. Even during the busy holiday season there are always available employees to help! Really love this store!!

3 male associates came up separately and made sure that we found what we needed. Unfortunately it was a female named Susan that left a bad taste on the whole trip because of her snapping retort and walking away telling us “just look online-we don’t have any on display” But Ron looked around and was able to find the display one and show us the inside and went and got one from receiving that we bought and took home. Codie was also very helpful in our purchase. I gave five stars because of the guys that helped us. If it was up to Susan it would have been zero stars.

David Garcia at the pro desk was the best! He helped us save a lot of money and was very helpful and patient with our order.

The Greer location is so easy to shop. The staff is very helpful each time I am in the store which is about everyday when I'm working on a project.

Thank you Greer Home Depot from the sales gentleman on the floor who checked stock so I could purchase the remaining drawer pulls that I needed /to Brooke the cashier who let me check out at the return desk because I have a little bit of a walking problem. We needed a new Refrigerator. We decided upon Home Depot as our place to purchase. We were immediately met with a very nice female employee in the appliance section who assisted until the transaction was completed. Things could not have gone any better.

I am very pleased with the Memorial Day pricing! I am disappointed mulch cannot be delivered. I normally order to pallets to refresh my yard but I'm having to make several trips to get bags. It was much more convenient when I could have it delivered.

I had an issue with an outdoor furniture order that I wanted to purchase and have delivered. Ana went above and beyond helping me with the entire purchase and delivery process even though she had to work in paint that day along with her ASM duties. Very professional.
