Came in today to buy odds and ends for a project and I loved shopping here.

Why was the bench removed outside the restrooms? It has been gone since before Covid-19.

We were shopping for a refrigerator/freezer, and found Home Depot had the largest selection. Furthermore, our sales associate went out of her way to help us! We will definitely go back and recommend to friends and family!

When you go, ask for Ashley!!!!! She was wonderful and found the HVAC unit I needed and helped me buy it!!!!!!

Found exactly what I needed and the employees were very helpful

Noah is the most helpful person there. He smells like old tennis shoes but will find you everything you need fast.

Kourtnee at self checkout made my experience horrible. It felt like she was targeting us while at self checkout as if we were stealing, mind you there was other customers at self check out also and she was ONLY worried about me checking out. She was unfriendly and had an attitude. I have come to Home Depot dozens of times and have NEVER had such a horrible experience at check out. I serve my country and would NEVER steal from anywhere and to feel targeted like I was, was extremely irritating and uncalled for!!!

The team at Gulfport Home Depot always treats us as family! We greatly appreciate their help and happy attitudes every time we go!

I've been shopping at the Gulfport home depot for over a year now and cant seem to find a reason to doubt the management. Things rin like clockwork and every employee seems to be able to help in nearly anyway! Keep up the great work!

I can always count on friendly, courteous, and helpful people in the Customer Service nd Returns area. I return a LOT because I can not decide what I need until Iget home. I am 75 years old and they always treat me like I am ...74 !

Marie at customer service helped us with several returns that we have done. She has been very professional and patient with everything we bring to her. Billy has helped us in every department that we needed help in. He has cut blinds, wood, helped us in electrical and even helped us order an appliance package for our home. The Home Depot in Gulfport has been a major help in our renovation in our home. We are new to the area and this plays a great part.

I can always depend on Home Depot to have what I’m looking for and easy to find and if I need help that’s easy to find also

Terrible customer service. I'm interested store at least 6 times a month. I'm a contractor. It's hard to get help with picking a large order. It hard to get help loading. But employee stand around . When there is a complaint nothing changes. This big chain doesn't care about us little people. I hate shopping at this store. I always make it my last resort. I'll go out of my way to go elsewhere. After today and how I was made to feel. I will avoid it at all costs now!! I was literally begging them to sell me over $5000 worth of stuff. I had a big order! Sad part is I only came here bc they had enough of what I needed today. I should have just went to the two others stores. I called this store multiple times to place order so it could be ready for pick up. There is always one reason or another I can't. It's building materials or etc. But yet today I can't get help bc they picking orders! I called days ago to do the same thing and was told nope. I can't get delivery of certain items from here even if I'm having other stuff delivered. Oh and that delivery thing is a joke. A previous order, it was raining and yall just canceled the ordered! Didn't call customer, didn't check, just canceled it! There is soany examples about this store, but what's the point of spending 20 mins on a survey everytime bc no one cares.
