I’ve never had an issue shopping at this Home Depot. The only issue I have is my wife telling me I spend to much time and money here. The staff is friendly and always on point. Thank you to all the employees for what y’all do.

The store is clean and well organized. The employees are helpful and visible when I need them. The quality of material is superb. Their return policy is easy to understand and their customer service associates are very knowledgeable. I enjoy every visit!!

Again, too few associates except for gardening and lumber. Cannot get assistance when its needed in any other department. I walked up and down through the store looking for an associate with luck.

We had a great experience at Home Depot this evening. This store is always nice and neat and the employees are helpful, but if you’re looking for top-notch customer service and a friendly face, look for Wade. He helped us with flooring and the experience was second to none.

I hace been shopping at this store for 2 years. Before I bought my winter home in Gulfport they were helpful, courteous, and professional. All good all the time!

I had an outstanding shopping experience at the Gulfport HD store today. First a man in the paint department, after I told him what I was painting, helped me select the right paint. Next after checking out, a loader, John M. came over to help me load the 2x10x12 lumber I had just rolled out of the store. He noticed one of the boards had a major crack in it. He took it back in the store and swapped it for me. He then helped me load the lumber onto my vehicle. He refused the tip I offered him. Two great employees with great social skills (good parents).

The associates are very helpful it doesn't matter whether it's morning or afternoon they're always willing to help and are very thorough

Shelves stocked clean well labeled fairly easy to find items And....if you cant..there's always Someone around to help...with eagerness to assist you with courtesy ,which is sometimes Rare these days......thanks For rare shopping experience..

This Home Depot is #1 in customer service--even on very busy weekends! Always a friendly face and helpful attitude! Cashier "Michelle" was friendly, courteous and VERY helpful!

The store is just fine but the location is bad,it is hard to get in and out of and very dangerous most of the time.

If you go to this store look up Amanda she helped me a huge amount ! Being disabled most people won’t give you the time of day seriously but she helped me through the entire process. Not many people care nowadays.

DO NOT purchase a large appliance from Felicia at this store. She does not care about the customer at all. She was given the opportunity to correct a delayed shipment with an in house exchange of a chosen item and she chose NOT to. The washer had been delayed for over a week past the delivery date from the manufacturer. When given the opportunity to save the sale and help the customer after being asked DIRECTLY for an in house exchange for an item that was in stock in the store, She chose to say that they can no longer do in store exchanges. I had to jump through hoops on the phone to finally find someone that knew to just call the store manager and get it handled for me. After calling numerous people for a few days I finally got it handled.I have been a customer for quite a few years at this store and use it EXCLUSIVELY for my business purchases as well as my own personal projects . It really disappoints me to see how long this took to finally get the item I needed when I had to go through all this trouble to start with. The purchase had been sitting on my Home Depot card for 2 weeks with nothing to show for it, That is interest that is going to be charged that I have to pay for also for something I didn't even have the item for.

Customer service is always top notch...the store is most times clean and well labeled and organized...associates are friendly and always willing to help...if you don't need any help? They are still friendly enough to tell you that if you do need something? Just let them know
