Don't know where I would be without the Home Depot! I get by with a little help from my friends at the Home Depot!

Everything you need is here! Great spot and location.

I came to the store with Lights to return and exchange. My mind was that it may be difficult to find the correct type for the spot lights over at the restaurant. In my troubles of finding the product model that i need on my own I look over and see a smiling associate and ask them for help. They were able to help me in my needs, we found the product number and item in stock. This was great, from helping me find the isle to helping me find the product online to see which bulbs are needed in the spot light. At the customer service line I needed to make a return or exchange. Your cashier Priscilla was really helpful and friendly. I didn't have the credit card that the original purchase was made with. Because of this I thought it would be a hard time to make an exchange. She kindly explained to me the policy with clear knowledge of why a direct exchange couldn't be made. I was able to understand through her kind explanation and was still able to return the improper light bulbs and purchase the correct ones without a hassle. I like to thank you guys for your great efforts to ensure great service. It makes a great difference in one's day and did in mine.

Mona the paint Queen was just marvelous! I am 100% serious, she was so patient and helpful. She was sooo nice to my kids and did not mind to help us out even though we changed our minds on many occasions on the paint selection. She exemplifies what a true professional should be. I even wanted to give her a tip, that's how happy my experience was.

Staff was very helpful and friendly and the store was well kept.

I feel comfortable shopping at Hackensack Home Depot

I always find more than I expect to here. I go in for one or two things and realize I can cut out two other stops I had been planning on making. The staff is great to. Really friendly and helpful. Mostly knowledgeable and ready to help. It's my favorite Home Depot locale and my favorite place to shop for home improvement. Highly recommended.

Store associates guided me to the correct aisles and help me select the appropriate products for our home needs; As a result I completed my shopping in a very few minutes. Both the cashier and store associates were courteous and friendly.

I shop at this store when I visit family in NJ, as I am the volunteer handyman for them. I wanted some hardware to mount a wall safe, and when I asked for toggle bolts, was sent to wallboard anchors. When those pulled out, I went back to the store, where another associate helped me find what I had asked for in the first place, and commented that toggle bolts are what are needed for plaster (as I knew!). I like to grab a Homer Bucket when shopping at Home Depot, but it took a while to find them all piled in one spot behind a partition, rather than distributed throughout the store. Not a major problem, but indicative of management just not being aware of customer convenience. Later, I ordered items online for pickup. I stood in line about 15 minutes with a number of fellow disgruntled online-shoppers. There were 4-5 associates in that section, most looking confused or just trying to look busy. One associate was knowledgeable and helpful, so all the load was on her, which is why it all took so long. I shop online to save time, not to waste time. In short, I'll continue to shop at this store, as it's convenient to where I visit. But it's just not up to the standards of my home store (Beaverton, OR), which has not been flawless, but seems much better-run.

Everyone is always helpful at this store. I shop there quite often. The only occasional drawback is getting someone quickly to assist in cutting wood and/or retrieving something from a high shelf. Only certain Staff are "qualified" to run certain equipment. Understandable, of course, but sometimes less than convenient.

I had a good experience at this store which doesn't surprise me. Every time I've gone to this home depot I have been satisfied with my experience.

STORE HAS NICE PEOPLE TO HELP; IS WELL ORGANISE & EASY TO FIND ITEMS

My experience purchasing windows blinds was excellent, aside that I've waited 35 minutes for the associate because he was assisting somebody else; he came uo to me apologized, gave me a discount and explained and sized the blinds to the perfect size I needed them.

Upon entering store, salespeople were there to greet. This store was well staffed with competent people. Excellent experience

I was not happy with the checkout at this store this was my second time shopping at this store and my experience at the checkout is not improving I only go to this store because I am in the area and need a few items it is out of my way to go to my regular store

The Home Depot in Hackensack is just like walking into your neighborhood store. Everyone knows you, everyone is friendly and they make you want to come back with all of your questions and needs.

THE SALES ASSOCIATE TOM WENT OVER AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY TO HELP US FIND THE ONLY BUTTERBALL TURKEY FRYER LEFT IN OUR AREA. HE MADE SURE IT WAS NOT DAMAGED AND THAT IT HAD ALL THE PARTS. THIS IS WHAT REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALL ABOUT. HE TOOK GREAT PRIDE IN HELPING US.
