Great staff and very organized store easy to find any product

I wanted to buy tiles and in the tile aisle, there was 3 employees there in the aisle. busy with other customers and when I asked for assistance, and waited for my turn. I did not get the undivided attention that I deserve, especially Nancy, she was very rude. And impatient with me, sigh alot everytime i ask a tile question She did not give me the undivided attention when I asked about questions about tiles. Meanwhile there was another employee and he was ok but Nancy and a 3rd employee keep interrupting You should teach your assistance m give the customers more attention

I needed to repair a drain pipe and didn't need the full 10' pipe. The employee there was very helpful and cut it to size as needed. Wish I took down their name. Very nice and helpful person. I wish Home Depot would do something about their self check system as it seems every time I use it (I am 100% sure I'm using it correctly) there is an issue and someone has to assist anyway and then you have to have someone else check your receipt. Really?

Katie and Laucinda were very professional and courteous on our Black Friday visit. Laucinda even walked us through how to use the rewards program and we already racked up points to use on our next purchase. We will see you soon ladies! Keep up the good work

Laucinda who is the Asst Manager at the Hackensack location was very helpful when it came to me purchasing my washer/dryer stackable. She explained to me the reward system and was able to assist me with the process of connecting to the app. She is very, courteous and takes her time with customers

I purchased a few tools and products to complete a project this month and I was able to find everything needed for it.

Good employees willing to help. And honest about products and knowledge on them. Any info they didn't have, they made sure to find an employee that had the answers

Eddy B went out of his way to help customers waiting at customer service when staff was very busy. The staff at this store is very good but Eddy B went “the extra mile”.

they never pick up the phone when you call the store, and its definitely deliberate. employees are lazy and unfriendly. they store is messy, nothing is where its supposed to be and they are low in or out of stock on so many items. also they let people with dogs just walk in without question. worst home depot ive been to

I have to say it's way better then the ones in jersey city, Paterson and Passaic

This past Saturday morning, I shopped here and went to the Self-Checkout corner to process payment. One of the clerks, Cathy, was very rude to me and made very inappropriate remarks. She put items on top of my military CAC card and told me that I 'wasn't buying much.' She didn't provide my military discount and when I asked her for it, she said it was my fault for not telling her and told me I "insulted her." I told her that I showed my military ID (It was right in front of her on the counter), but she told me that she couldn't help me further and walked away. Another associate checked me out, and I spoke to the store manager about this experience. I'm very disappointed. I believe Cathy discriminated against me because no other customer ahead of me was spoken down on like I was.

I tried to buy replacement tools that were stolen out of my vehicle. I needed to spend about $2000 after 35 minutes. No one could seem to come over to help me unlock the tools so I could buy them. I will never shop at this home depot again

I walked out with the product that was so much needed! When visiting store, make sure you have the time. They are also helpful with taking heavy or bulky items to your car

I bought a medicine cabinet online. When it arrived, I opened it and it was badly damaged. I returned it to the Hackensack Home Depot. I went to find a replacement and was told by an employee that he would be back shortly to help me. I waited for about 15 minutes. I finally asked another Home Depot employee for assistance. She said, "No problem." Her name was Chloe and she was one of the managers. She was amazing! She helped me find a replacement medicine cabinet and carried it all the way up front to the checkout. On our way to the checkout, she was greeting and helping other customers as well as checking with some of the employees to see how they were doing. She made sure that everything went well with this purchase. I will return to this store, recommend this store to others and I hope that Home Depot will recognize Chloe for her exemplary customer service, her attention to the other Home Depot employees and her overall dedication.

I went to the store to get a warranty replacement. However, due to some technical issues with the system and they way it's processed, Annabel along with her manager, Michelle, did everything they could've possibly done to resolve the issue I had. Annabel was on the phone with the vendor, with Home Depot online, and various different parties to make sure my warranty replacement goes through. However, they keep rereferring to different numbers and my patience was running thin. After spending two and half hours on the phone, Annabel and Michelle gave me the good news about my replacement. Not only the replacement went through, they also went to the plumbing department and grabbed a new unit for me so I could on my way as a satisfied customer. I can't thank them enough for their efforts and wanted to share this positive experience.

My nephew purchased, for me, a jacket from Home Depot On-line that didn't fit. When I returned it at the store, I was expecting and bunch of questions and perhaps resistance. But to my surprise, Lorelle, was friendly, accommodating and helpful while processing the claim without hassle.

I went to Home Depot for paint and some other things I needed for a project. If you have any questions related to paint, go see Ronny.. very patient and explained the process step by step. Now for anything else, find Joey in the Pro department. If he doesn’t know he will direct you to a specific employee that could help. Overall, a pleasant experience.

The store is just the right size to shop for things you need and they have everything in stock at all times whenever we go to the store. The store also know what is popular and display those items on the front so it was easy to choose from the ones we needed and liked easily. The staffs are extremely helpful and courteous as well as friendly so approaching them is very easy. You can get anything you want at this store although it is not the biggest Home Depot. Right store to go to.

Always find what i need

The customer service experience here was better than I could have expected. Joey B helped me to find what I needed and also spoke to his Manager, Wilson, after learning what I did working in the healthcare field and he provided a significant discount on an item I needed for an employee. These guys, along with cashier Faith, provided excellent customer service and a genuine desire to do something kind for someone else. Their kindness made my day and I will pay it forward!
