STORE HAS NICE PEOPLE TO HELP; IS WELL ORGANISE & EASY TO FIND ITEMS

My experience purchasing windows blinds was excellent, aside that I've waited 35 minutes for the associate because he was assisting somebody else; he came uo to me apologized, gave me a discount and explained and sized the blinds to the perfect size I needed them.

Upon entering store, salespeople were there to greet. This store was well staffed with competent people. Excellent experience

I was not happy with the checkout at this store this was my second time shopping at this store and my experience at the checkout is not improving I only go to this store because I am in the area and need a few items it is out of my way to go to my regular store

The store was great. I was able to find most of the products I needed. I was haapy to shop at this Home Depot store.

The Home Depot in Hackensack is just like walking into your neighborhood store. Everyone knows you, everyone is friendly and they make you want to come back with all of your questions and needs.

THE SALES ASSOCIATE TOM WENT OVER AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY TO HELP US FIND THE ONLY BUTTERBALL TURKEY FRYER LEFT IN OUR AREA. HE MADE SURE IT WAS NOT DAMAGED AND THAT IT HAD ALL THE PARTS. THIS IS WHAT REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALL ABOUT. HE TOOK GREAT PRIDE IN HELPING US.

Lets have more associates available please. I believe this will help the confused looking customers.

Shay, Lord, and Amy went above and beyond to help us narrow down a choice of paint color for our home and were very courteous and friendly throughout the process.

Remodeling my basement as my children's teenage hang out spot. Found all the materials and some helpful products, but my experience is always great because these guys treat you like family, the kind you don't mind hanging around. They take interest in my projects and ask to see pictures of progress. They give helpful tips and even learn a few things from me as well. Great team at HD in Hackensack!

I like to HOME DEPOT shopping, where goods range, once the desired goods under one roof, and the price is right, good service, where goods placed law, neat, easy to find.

Check out experience was very good, and is usually decent at this location. Jen was a stand-out on this visit, extremely friendly and helpful. However, the cluttered appearance of the front of the store, particularly just outside, is confusing, and the shopping cart hunt is perennially frustrating. No carts at the front of the store. Not inside, not outside. The carts are generally in poor repair, and I do not appreciate having to hunt for a cart corral in a dark parking lot. I realize space is tight in this location, and the decision not to have carts in the front is probably not made at the store level, but it's annoying. I sometimes skip using one, but I use a cane, and it's hard to carry much in my hands.

I can find everything! I always got help from your working people!

I visited this Home Depot on Sat 10/3. I was so grateful for the assistance of very nice associates. One nice young man wheeled my cart to the register since I had very heavy cleaning supplies I could not manage. At the register this associate asked for assistance to take my things to my vehicle. He was so sweet and loaded everything in my vehicle for me. Love this Home Depot.

The store is clean and the associates are very helpful, however it takes a while for the associate to arrive for assistance.

Since I know where to go, I easily find what I needed even without the help of sales associates.

The store in general is laid out differently than many of the local stores. If you need help in electrical, Mike is great. He helped me find exactly what I needed. The store has a good selection of in stock items, just missing a loading area out front.

I love shopping at this store bc it's close to home and associates are very friendly.

The store was clean and products were easy to find. I was very please by the help I received at the customer service desk, when I apply for a homedepot credit card. Also like the help I got at the truck rental area. The homedepot employee was very helpful and patience. The only issue I had at the store was waiting 30 minutes for someone to help bring 35 pcs of sheet rock to the truck.

So many brands to choose and it's very competitive price.

I always window shop along the aisle for my future shopping.
