ASSOCIATES WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, I WISH ALL SHOPS HAS A TOOL RENTAL DEPARTMENT

Love Home Depot in Hamilton NJ -- associates are always helpful and we have purchased many items from the store--exchanges are easy also! Love all of the items offered at Home Depot, and we have done lots of updates, i.e., flooring, painting, replacement of dryer. etc/

Relatively easy to find everything. Prices are far better than Lowes across the street IMO. I started using Lowes but have switched to Home Depot now.

THE STORE WAS VERY CLEAN AND WELL STOCKED WITH ITEMS. WE HAD A QUESTION ABOUT A FAUCET AND FOUND AN ASSOCIATE AND HE WAS VERY HELPFUL

pro desk people are extremely helpful. associates on the floor are usually hard to find & their helpfulness is limited. there is too much junk in the aisles. aisles are supposed to be for shoppers,not displays. contractor parking at this store was a fantastic idea

The employees in this store are just plain rude. No smiles, lethargic, and treat customers like they are a burden. Didn't even reach the bare minimum in customer service.

I stopped in to return an item and just wanted to be in and out. As I approached the returns counter three employees were chatting together, I felt nervous at first and thought to myself 'this is going to take forever'. However, once the female store associate noticed I was approaching the counter she immediately stopped talking, walked over and greeted me. She was very kind and helped me in a snap, I was in-and-out just like I wanted! Thank you Robbinsville store associate!

i first needed help is finding a product and the lady at self check directed to a hardware person. after i found what i needed this same lady helped me check my purchase out, there was no registers open.
