I ordered a refrigerator, was not thrilled it will take 3 weeks for it to come in ,but it's ok wish store's would go back to keeping ibig items in stock

Your workers staring around laughing and talking one on cell phone but when I asked for help to lift up a board they spread like ants then told me to go find a cashier and they will call someone they they went to the other side and kept talking . I had to get a customer to help me. The only positive experience was the check out cashier she was fast and efficient

This stores saw machines is always “Out of Order”. This is very inconvenient when you make a trip to buy lumber that requires cutting to fit into your vehicle. I understand this is a service that they don’t have to offer, but some people really rely on it. I just think it’s embarrassing that a corporate hardware store doesn’t have proper working saw machines, when that’s what they sell.

When we moved here from California, we used both the Hammond and Covington store. Hammond was by far the better store. It was cleaner, the staff was much more helpful. They did not mind helping carry out our purchase to our car. Will continue to use the Hammond store.

The associate that I went & find had no ambition to help us my nearly 70 year old & myself loaded sheets of paneling on the cart we checked out at Pro Services and the cashier told me how lazy the lumber associates were she called for someone to come help us load no one came we loaded it ourselves! Very disappointed!!

On my last visit, I found that Home Depot associates have become far better and more knowledgeable than any of it's rival stores in our area.

Everytime I enter Homedepot there is friendly service, polite employees and there is always someone to help if you need it.

Yesterday's in store purchase was very pleasurable. Even though the item I wanted was not available at the time, the employee helped me get it ordered with tentative delivery, which is totally acceptable and not too far off.

I always buy vigoro red mulch. It is always in stock at a good price and plenty of it. That help me keep my land scape looking very nice. The color stays for a full year.

I waited on hold for 45 minutes and NEVER was able to speak to a real person.

Horrible customer service, people working that seem to wanna be there and we’re not helpful complained and we’re down right now

This store is very clean! The employees are very friendly and love to greet you soon as you walk into their departments.

Nice friendly helpful in every way. Store is clean. The store need more handicap electric buggies available and more people to answer phone calls. The store displays are nice. There was a lady in the garden center I wish I could remember her name but very helpful to me and my husband helpius get water hoses and nozzles we needed so very friendly and efficient. She was tall about 40 or so had lots of tattoos and red hair so very very nice

store was bright and clean and associates were happy and energetic and extremely helpful.

Love my visits to the Hammond Home Depot. People are helpful and friendly. AND I did not have to search for someone to help me or answer my questions. The store is clean and well organized. This has become my "go to" store!!!!
