This location was long awaited and has met my expectations in about every way . This store is managed well and always stocked

I HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE DUE TO INEPT EMPLOYEES. ASSOCIATES EXPECT CUSTOMERS TO DO THERE JOB FOR THEM, DO NOT LISTEN AND COMPLAIN ABOUT THERE JOB.

Its nice to be greeted with a smile and the expeience to be friendly and not a bother.

The service desk was great and the lady in the exit area who thanked me for shopping always has a great attitude

The pro team is awesome shout out to them. For making my life easy easier while shopping

I bought an umbrella for my deck and the employees were very friendly helping me finding out the prices then on the way out cashier Kirsten was very helpful and offered me to apply for Home Depot credit card and I received 25% of my items she was very friendly

Employees were very kind and j helped me with loading up my garden supplies

If it were not for the ladies at the pro sales counter and the ladies in the paint dept I might be shopping at other stores They are great

I found out that I need the Home Depot app to get the Veterans discount now. The cashier, Patricia, walked me through the process of downloading the app on my phone so I can get the Veterans discount on this and future purchases. She was very helpful and patient

We went to shop for a washer & dryer set. We weren't bombarded by pushy sales staff. Ashanna acknowledged us and offered help when she finished with her clien. She asked if we had any questions, answered them all, and helped us get everything set up for delivery.

I recently purchased a refrigerator, dishwasher, and washer and dryer. I am anxiously awaiting delivery of these appliances based on the reviews of prior buyers. I hope the products meet my expectations...

Had a return and had excellent service

While making a large purchase I visited the store several times. Received excellent help in the questions I had and employees were awesome is making sure I got what I needed.

This review Is for the Hammond Louisiana Store. I have been going for a while and really notice how genuinely helpful the workers are. I was really blessed yesterday as they stayed with me to resolve an issue until it was solved. Thank you, it is so nice to find a store like this as they hardly exist. I will have to say thank you to management for we know there is a spirit of excellence coming from the very top when you find that the workers love people!

I came in to return an item. There was a lady named Kristi who helped me load the generator on the dolly and push it in the store. Then a. Lady named Cassandra finished the return when the system didn’t want to cooperate. She was dilegent and patient in making sure it was returned properly, and make sure I was completely satisfied. This has been my best Home Depot experience EVER!!!!!!

I purchased a riding lawnmower here today. Everything went great! Easy to find associate to complete the sale! I actually enjoy shopping at the Hammond, La store, unlike shopping at some home improvement stores in other cities. It's always easy to find someone to help, and all employees I've dealt with have been extremely helpful and pleasant.

Your Hammond, La store has some of the best employees. Their customer service is excellent!!!
