Great Employees at this location! so polite and didn't seem annoyed that customers ask questions. So often, employees seem bothered when you go to them for help but everyone on staff are delightful. Highly recommend this location.

store is very neat and clean, can always locate a cart when needed. This store is a little smaller than some other stores so I would call first to see if they have what you are looking for.

I can't say enough of this store and the staff. To begin with, Bob is an exceptional employee. He went above and beyond what was expected of him to do. Every time I go there he is friendly and greets everyone so nicely. He is truly an asset to the Home Depot. The cashiers that have checked me out of the store Noel, Bernadette, Joanne, Carmen, Tanya, Patricia and Sally are beyond professional. The store is very clean and everything is so easy to find. Great place to shop for all your home improvement projects.

Pleasure to shop at this store,. Bernadette was a pleasure to work with. I wish I knew the gentleman's name that helped me buy a ladder for a specific project. The bathroom was immaculate and isles were free from boxes as I sometimes come across. Thank you again for a great experience

its the customers that are rude and disrespectful at times. the workers seem to know their stuff, just need more cashiers. some customers do pay in cash.

The employees at this store are VERY helpful and thoughtful. One employee in particular, Ron from the plumbing dept is an exceptional employee! If you ever need anything from plumbing, ask for Ron! On the night I went in, I had intended to grab just 1 item and didn't bother grabbing a cart. Well, I wound up with more than 1 item and I was struggling to hold onto them. I have trouble walking, so I was having a difficult time. An employee noticed (I did not get his name) but offered to go outside and get me a cart. In a matter of minutes, he was back with a cart for me. I was VERY grateful because my back was just about to give out! I wish I got his name so I could mention it. If he sees this review, please know how much I appreciated your kindness!

Great store

The best HD store ever!!!! Nicest employees, always helping. Not just to pay dues, but really helping. Walking the extra few aisles to show you or get you something. Always smiling. Not letting you wait on line. Always making sure shoppers are happy and satisfied. Store is always clean and organize with good stock ! Been shopping here for the past 5 years. And once I had to go to another location, I won’t mention name (the palisades center lol ) and I regretted it. Since then always Harriman store and only the Harriman store. Thanks!!!

Dale went out of his way to get me a product on floor under a whole shelving unit. I was looking or asking for stick. He got on his belly to get product and yes I bought the item. I couldn't even reach the product. If you can find other employees the were helpful and polite but you really need more employees and cashiers. Hate checking my own stuff out.

This Home Depot is neat, clean, and fully stocked. The employees are always willing to assist the customer. I would like to see the garden area better stocked during each planting season.

This store is very customer friendly . I live closer to the Newburgh store but was unable to get an associate to help me select my purchase . It’s worth the extra drive time yo go to this store. Grace in the doors Dept was excellent helping me with my selection

The service in this store is amazingly good. The employees smile at you and ask you how you're doing. They are very approachable, knowledgeable and helpful. HD Harriman is always my first stop in the many projects I have undertaken.

Everything about my visit was beyond what I expected

Clean and well organized. Quite friendly staff to help with your queries, but sometimes understaffed and can take a while to get some help, at least in some sections/aisles of the store. Still, overall a good shopping experience.
