CLEAN AND THE EMPLOYEES WERE VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL

After being sent to the Customer Service desk re: a rebate, our clerk, Bertie did everything she could to calm our frustration and resolve our issue. She is a gem and is the reason we did not return the item and go to Lowes to purchase the dehumidifier.

The employees are always very helpful and courteous. I just needed a hot water heater and explained to the man I had a 250 ft. deep well threw solid iron stone and he recommended the Rheem electric water heater with the Stainless Steel Elements, he said it would last much longer with the hard water, then the man in the paint department told me that the sale was coming up on all your paints and he told me about your best paint, he said most of the colors will cover in one coat, he said he can tell once I pick what I need. He said he has used the Marque Paint in his own home and he really likes it. Covers well and well worth the money. Another time I needed a saw blade for my weed whacker and the man assured me that I had gotten the proper one. We bought all new windows for my daughters home as we enclosed her porch and the windows are just awesome and we got a storm door and a beautiful inside door with fancy glass panel. We were very pleased with all we got and the service we got. Also, like the option to pay so many months interest free as long as it is paid within the correct amount of time. I live on a fixed income and that is so helpful to me to pay like that. We also got carpet from you for on the enclosed porch and they did a wonderful job and really helped us pick out the correct carpet for what we wanted. I have no complaints whatso ever.

Employees are always very helpful. The checkout is much improved as compared to several years ago. I will shop there again.

Excellent help, courteous service, always willing to give good advice, purchased a water heater and the man told me I made a very good choice since I have a home drilled well threw solid iron stone, the cheaper ones are for people with town water, so went with the better one. Paint department sales person very knowledgable about all the different paints, gave very good advice. Said I was going to paint my whole house and he said paint sales would be coming up. Really appreciated that as I am on a fixed income.

The store always has what I need and is convenient for me to get to. This store is always my first choice when I need something.

Always great coming to the store, the employees are super friendly and always ask what i am working on today. I go this store a lot for my home improvement needs and even when i do not have a good parts plan for my projects the employees have some great ideas to help out.

All our questions were answered and in a friendly helpful manner. The associates we spoke to were friendly and knowledgeable.

Everyone is helpful. They offer to help. One does not feel like he is interrupting them. They do not try to hide.

I recently divorced and found myself in need of a washer/dryer/chain saw/lawn mower/ outdoor electric cords/water hose/weed killer/snow shovel. etc.....I purchased all of these items with the help of a store associate at Home Depot.

Everyone went out of their way to help. A gentleman even offered to move a forklift so I could get to the lumber rack more easily.

I try to order online ahead of time and pick items up within a few days of receiving the notice that they are available. MARY @ the pickup counter knows her stuff and is cheerful.

The one of thing I can say when comparing home depot to its competitors is they always have what you want , the prices are reasonable and help by the associates is top rate. I buy almost all of my home projects from Home Depot.

We have found the staff at this location to be quite knowledgeable and very approachable. They have always been able to find a solution to our problems associated to owning a very old house. It is very rare they do not have what you are in need of and if it is not In the store the on-line service comes through for you. It is a great feeling knowing that we have a go to place that can truly come through for you in a time of need. And for you women out there, the staff at this store is very open to talking and discussing things with you. Not like their competitor. I am a female and do most of the planning and remodeling in our home. We would go into the competitor store and they would not even acknowledge my presence, they would only start communicating with my husband who would always smile at them and say, "Its my wife you need to talk to; she handles all this stuff." It became so frustrating. I am extremely grateful to the staff at Home Depot for treating me with respect as they treat me just as they treat anyone else that walks through those doors. Thank you Home Depot!

Courteous and knowledgeable staff assisted me in locating what I needed. The sales clerk was friendly and quickly helped me through checkout.
