We bought 4 new appliances for our kitchen. The process to buy online was easy and there were texts and emails about the order and delivery. The delivery guys were very careful about bringing in the appliances. I only had the fridge installed as I was having our remodeler guy install the microwave over oven, oven, and dishwasher. I paid for haul away for old fridge, but only had them take it to my driveway as my remodeler was taking the old fridge. I also purchased a light fixture for over my island.

My shopping experience at the Haymarket, VA store is always good. The products are there. The employees are, without fail, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, especially Cheryl at the contractors' desk! God Bless Home Depot! Keep up the good work!

Helpful, extremely knowledgeable in their assigned product lines. What they do not know, they find out for you. A pleasure shopping here at the Haymarket, VA store.

Home Depot always seems to have what I am looking for and if I can't find it, I just ask an employee who always knows the right aisle and often which side of the aisle to find my item. That's amazing to me because there is soo much stuff!

Your Home Depot Appliance sales person, Kaylene Aguilar, was FABULOUS. She not only helped me with my appliance needs, but also made 4 or 5 phone calls to other area Home Depot stores to try to help me find exactly what I was looking for. She was also able to help other customers while helping me! AMAZING! Kaylene Aguilar is the definition of what excellent customer service is. I truly hope she is recognized for her exceptional service she extends to your customers daily.

I was in the store for a few minutes to pick up spific items and get errands quickly today. Did not spend much time in store

I went to the Warrenton store which is about 7 minutes from my house. The staff there was rude and not very helpful. I left there and drove to the Haymarket store and they were absolutely amazing. The staff was very helpful, the store was clean, and the store’s layout was much easier to find items.

Customer service is top notch at the Haymarket HD. I have been to a lot of HD but this one is different. Clean, neat and organized. All my questions about the product answered and customer service followed through up to the time I left the store with my product.

Bought a sprayer and some Husky and Dewalt yard tools… went to self checkout and they were very helpful.

This store had a very good display, with manufacturer's materials easy to look at. Damon Pierce knew his products which is one of the reasons I purchased there along with the price of the shades.

We had order several custom ordered items. Most were delivered early, some had issues. The Haymarket Mill works team went out of their way to rectify the issues. We are very pleased with all the member that we worked with. Also the store is well stocked, clean and organized.

I purchased a new pressure washer your employees helped me get a cart load my product get me to the check out fix the wrong price load my product and instructed me on the safe way to unload my product. Your store from the parking lot to everything inside is 5 stars ⭐️ please keep up the wonderful customer experience!

The Team at the Hay Market Home Depot was the BEST group of professionals my wife and I had pleasure of meeting on our first visit to the store on 31 Aug. Everyone demonstrated true customer service. Just an outstanding visit.

This store, compared to other Home Depot's or competitors in the area, has an amazing team of associates who engage the customer and make us feel like we are the only person in the store needing help. This starts at the top with the Store Manager Jason Baker and trickles down to every associate I have met.
