The employees were very friendly and helpful and took their time to help me find the products I was searching for.

Couldn't find the product when I walked in the store but within 5 min an associate guided me to it, helped with check-out and my trip was complete. Love the customer service of this store!

This Home Depot - Has a different feel to it. It is so neat and clean.

i have shopping at this store for atleast 7 years this might be the worst i have ever seen it shelves never stocked most employese dont know anthing always pushing the buck. its only good that i know that store better than they do. i usually end up helping other customers

good store but watering in gardening dept. needs fixing faucet and hoses leaking for last 3 weeks i think necessary parts are available in store does anyone care i am sure all passing by employees and managers can see the problem of waste of the great resource. !!!!!

Clean store, organized displays, friendly associates!

each sales associate that I encountered helped me to achieve every goal that I had set . I will never forget this experience particularly the young gentleman in the lumber department who discussed with me my need for a wheelchair ramp. He painstakingly helped me to design it & then walked me around to show me & list all of the parts that I would need. I would have bought all of the parts but the saw was out of order. I will return & buy them soon.

Ordered a hot water heater online and had it installed next day. The plumbers were sharp, professional and nice guys who did their job well. -CTH

The Associate was so great I met him in the parking lot as he was putting a basket away. Asked him if the store carried what I wanted and was told yes. He asked me how many bags of Mulch I wanted and told him 12. He went and got the right wagon to carry the load and the loaded all the 12 bags on wagon and waited at the register and then loaded my car. I never touched a bag my self until I got home. He was just great, Sorry I could not take him home with me!eal

I like this home depot its nice and clean workers are very helpful and know the products that in the store.

Of all the home depots Ive been too, this store has the friendliest and most willing to help staff Ive met so far. I have been to this location about 8-10 times in the past 3 weeks.

Though I live closer to the Jericho store, I prefer to shop in Hempstead as the associates are more helpful and friendly. Howard in the paint department and Jean in appliances go above and beyond and way out of their way to assist. I have purchased paint with Howard's help twice in the past week. He is very knowledgable and makes the experience fun. I need about 10 more gallons of paint and I am not dreading having to return. Jean assisted my when I need help choosing a variety of things for a new bathroom. Even though it was Mother's Day, she made the experience pleasant for us both.i will be shopping for major appliances soon and will be returning to find Jean.

The associates and cashiers are very friendly and helpful. Only problem is this store does not have enough cashiers. Only had one cashier open and four self service spots available. Managers should always add more cashiers when they see a line of 5 or more people.

When ever I visit my local HomeDepot I can always find what I need and in a timely manner. I've never really needed help but when seeing others that need help the staff are patient and very helpful in guidance and not condecsending like how I have seen at other home improvement stores. I've always gone to my local home depot and I will continue to do so every chance I get. Keep up the good work.

The store is very clean and easy to access everything

I was lucky to get Tamara to help me at the desk today. I had a long list of items i needed, but she was patient and very pleasant and helped me find what I needed. She was just great. Overall, I have had very positive experiences at this store

We use this store for convenience in location. I feel the need to praise an associate named, Negrete Fernando, I m not one to write letters of this kind but my experience with this particular person was one that I had to let you guys know about Fernando was pleasant, knowledgable, helpful way above any expectations. He brought us to decision about our purchase that we didn t even know we had. He deserves this recognition and I appreciate the time and knowledge he shared with us that brought us to a completely satisfying decision. Manager Christine Thornton and her staff assisted myself and my friends with a workshop. We had the absolute best time. The staff was very patient with us and was helpful with all of our questions and concerns. They were all professional and fun. We laughed and smiled the whole time...
