Our 7 year old water heater died on a Sunday (of course) so off to Home Depot we go!. They had the replacement unit in stock and we loaded it in our vehicle, drove home and installed it that afternoon. Everything works perfect and we’re very thankful for the great inventory at our local Home Depot.

In this world of ever increasing inflation, Home Depot continues to keep prices as low as possible. The staff are generally friendly and able to assist with many projects. I was able to source new 90 degree sink valves and replace faucet inserts using all new parts obtained from Home Depot. The staff were able to help me find all parts needed to fix this issue, and save spending over $200 in plumbing service repair.

If you ever need help with appliances at the Home Depot in Henderson, talk to Denise! She is the best and most knowledgeable person there and she cares greatly about what your needs are. I'm so thankful that I happened upon her when I walked in the store! My daughter loves the new refrigerator Denise!

It was time to wrap sensitive plants for the upcoming freeze and I needed burlap and string to cover the plants in my landscape. This burlap was the perfect weave of fabric to provide freeze protection and still allow light and wind to pass through it. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because the packaging uses packing tape at the ends and center to hold the roll together even though it is placed in an overlapping poly bag. The packing tape is difficult to remove and tends to damage the ends of the roll. Once you get the tape off, you are good to go. The rolls are 3 feet wide and 24 feet long which allowed me to cover at least 2 plants per roll.

We received above and beyond help from ANDREW! Rare in retail during the holidays, he was working a very busy lot, alone without compromising service. As a former Nordstrom customer service all star & 25 year situation solver, I recognize employees who take ownership of their jobs. Andrew should be recognized as a Home Depot all star!

This store is filled with employees who really do an excellent job in making me feel like I am a person and not just a number. The employees take the time to look at my photos, hear an old guy talk and share their laughter & smiles with me. They make a person feel "welcome" in their store. Also, the Store really treats veterans very well and I was stunned to see the decorations they put up for the Veterans Parking Spaces. I have attached a picture for all to see --

Thanks Steve in plumbing. He was well educated on the process and took the time to explain to show me til I understood. It was more than 1 trip but he was a huge help in the process to stop the leak.

I bought some supplies and paid cash at checkout- yet somehow they knew enough to send me an email survey asking how my experience was. I find it deeply disturbing and violating that they're able to track someone individually and brazen enough to contact me using that information, and will not be coming back after this experience.

Someone online tried to use my chime card at midnight on home depot app. I never bought online.good thing i had my card turned off. Someone must have got it from the store depot machines.

I regret the purchase ! But how do u know when a large item is defective? You expect everything to be perfect. Now I am stuck with it!

Just a few days ago I was assisted by Steve and Jose and Kathy in this store. They helped me considerably in purchasing a new RO system and Kathy also helped me in Customer Service with the paperwork and contact number for the contractor to install my new unit. I was very happy with all 3 of them.

The employees were very helpful

I generally like shopping at HD but it is becoming harder to find an employee to assist you when help is needed. When you find the help you need, the employees are great.

This is my favorite Home Depot. The staff here are very professional and informative. Special shout out to Jerry (Cashier) for helping me with my service concerns. I highly recommend this location to anyone in need of home service needs and awesome customer service:)

I ordered a 30 gallon propane hot water heater and it took nearly 2 weeks to receive it. At the same time I ordered two black steel, 1/2 inch nipples which were still on back order. The water heater was damaged / dented in four places and I am thinking about returning it.

Why are your stores so cluttered

Apparently the wood has a high moisture content or the joints are glue starved. If you buy, be sure to let it set at least a week to watch for cracking. I'm attempting a repair, if it doesn't work, it goes back.

I go to this Home Depot at least once a week. I almost always find someone to assist me within the first few minutes. Almost all the clerks that assist me are very knowledgeable and courteous.

Bought and not yet installed and hope it will last long

I ordered seven galvanized steel fence poles from home Depot in Henderson along with some concrete. The concrete was delivered but I have never received the poles that I paid for. I called the helpline with home Depot and they told me it was being investigated and I would either receive a call or an email back as to the whereabouts of my merchandise and as of today the 14th I still have not heard anything. They were supposed to have been delivered June 3rd so as of today it's been 11 days and they are nowhere in sight and I have not heard from anyone.

We Finally have Outdoor Furniture! We searched for a year. Patio sets from $2500-$12500 and we weren’t going to spend an arm and a leg. Stepped in Home Depot expecting to spend $1000 or so! OMG!! $575 for a 7pc metal table and chairs dining set AND two metal seating chairs for a different area AND two seat cushions for those chairs. YES!! And Tyler made it all happen!! He let us know the Summer Sale was on and all those items were On Sale!! He got it ready for pick up as well.

I like picking out my cedar picket fencing rather than having it delivered. I've even had lumber ordered for pickup but was sad to see the junk that was waiting for me. I have since decided to come into the store and pick our my own lumber....

We purchased a towel rack through the customer service desk and store associate Juls, was very knowledgeable and guided us through the entire process with ease.

I purchased a TV stand with Fire place. I was issued a similar TV stand without fire place and to top it off, encountered several employees with an aptitude that reflects not willing to help.

Your sale for Memorial Day was advertised on TV, but no start date was given on the ad, nor did Any employee know when it started! Ridiculous
