Found everything I needed. Staff was very helpful.

The store was clean, the lumber carts were easy to find, but the parking lot was ruff and the cart was hard to push. The check -out clerk was very polite and professional.

Called the store before heading to it and spoke with Tara. Once I arrived, Tara recognized me and was extremely helpful with the right persons to help me out with my questions and purchases. Between appliances with Barry, plumbing with Dennis, outdoor lighting with a kind older associate (whom I don't remember his name), Tara and her co-workers at the checkout, I had a pleasant and fruitful experience. This Riverdale, Memphis Homedepot store is my first choice for any future home improvement needs.

John Lewis, the young lady that helped him flag the forklift and the cashier at the service desk all did a great job in helping me get the grill I wanted! I will come here again over the Collierville store based on their attentiveness and professional character!!

I have Never seen an unclean Home Depot Store no matter what store I visit and products are always there. The associates are always friendly you have dedicated employees, especially when they have to put up with some customers they have to put up with. Home Depot please don't ever leave Memphis I love my Home Depot.

i new where i was going but before i got to plumbing two associates ask if they could help me, at plumbing the associate had what i neeed and i was ready to check out in five minutes or less.

Every time I visit I find what I want to buy and usually something else I want to buy later. Employees are always courteous and helpful.

Tasha was great. She was the returns cashier, but she made herself available to help me. I was on my way to find someone and she flagged me down saying I can help you over here. I was kinda struggling to push my cart with a lawnmower on top, and she saved me severaval steps. And checked me out. I'm vertically challenged and could barely see over the top.Tasha you rock girl.

I really had a great experience with my visit to the Home Depo store that was right down the street from my house. The associates were all nice and I was able to find everything I needed very easily with the way the store was set up.

I needed tile backsplash material that met certain criteria. It was definitely a challenge for me. Associate Jacquie Cox was amazing. She looked at my cabinet and granite samples and came up with a perfect solution for my backsplash! She has an uncanny knack for design and what will work. I have some issues with color blindness, so she was most helpful in making sure I did not choose the wrong shades of color.
