Wonderful customer service. I had the best experience I've ever had at Home Depot at the store David in the garden department told me what I needed and escorted me to the place where I needed to get it. He carried my items to the register and then took them to the car for me. The other employees in the department gave me advice on what exactly I needed in order to do my job safely. I felt when I left the store that I had what I needed to do the job in the right way safely and the employees were extremely helpful. It was the best experience I've ever had at a hardware store anywhere. Great job David and everyone

I have shopped here for many years. The customer service is the worse. For example, I had something to return and I went to the area where I purchased it. "Well, we don't do that here, you will have to go to another part of the store." Not only that but no matter how often I have come the customer service and helpfulness stinks. You need to have a training session on what customer service means because your employees, or few of them, know what it means.

My favorite store. There is a Lowes nearby but I like Homepot

For the past year and a half we have been to our Hickory Hill at Riverdale store most every day, sometimes as much as 4 times in a day. Why, because with our project we have needed everything to rehab a house from roof to sub foundation plumbing materials. All the nuts and bolts, materials and appliances, lighting, security.Most anything is there, or available via Home Depot's department. They are the can do store with Steve their lead manger taking an active and very helpful part in fulfilling the needs of his customers. He and his crew are there for you.

Store workers was very nice. I was looking around and was approached by 2 employees asking if I needed any help. The first one, "I said thank you but I believe I know where I need to go. And thank you for asking." But I didn't exactly find what I was looking for and was approach by another employee that asked if he could help and I told him what I was looking for and he took me to the exact place it was at. Both were very friendly and made the experience quick and feeling good. Thank you

I had a great customer service experience. I walked through the door and was help. I went to customer service and apply for a credit card and was approved.
