Store is always clean and the personnel are pleasant, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly!

A few years ago i purchased all of my Kraftmade kitchen cabinets at home depot. The salespeople were very helpful.

The Highland Heights HD is great. Efficiently ran and has trustful employees from what I have experienced. Great customer service associates!

This store is never really overcrowded. All employees and customers wear masks and try to socially distance. Employees do their best to help whenever they can if you're looking for something and can't find it.

Carl L. in millwork was really helpful when I was buying molding. He offered to cut it to size for me. It was a perfect fit!

#3842 is 3 times the distance as 44024, but I'll stop in if driving past and need something. Never had a problem with HD, even on returns.

I have been to This Home Depot multiple times over the last few years and they have what I need most of the time. I have received friendly service and know the store well

I come to this location and one employee always stands out about the rest, that is Simone! She seems to always be there and is always willing to help no matter what. She exemplifies what it means to give great customer service. She is a shining star, a real asset to your team! I have sent numerous friends and family members to this particular location for their home improvement needs because of the service I received every time I visit this location ESPECIALLY if I get the opportunity to interact with employee Simone in appliances.

Store is fine with exception of more than one customer not wearing masks appropriately. Why bother if the mask doesn’t cover nose. One man had no mask on whatsoever. Not fair to employees and other customers.

I prefer to go to this store because usually I can get in and out quicker than at the Home Depot nearest to my home. This store is usually less congested and your staff seem to be more helpful and attentive to helping customers and more “available “ and “willing” to help customers. The store appears more spacious too.

The Sales Associate's desk and computer was actually located IN the Appliance Department. It made for easy communications about certain items, inventory and completing the sale...smart move!

We visited the store on Sunday October 5. We had had a very poor experience at another appliance store. It was so refreshing to work with a kind professional sales person who wanted to help us make the correct purchase. Laura was patient and well informed in the appliance department. Thank you for making our experience so pleasant.

Tonight I needed to purchase paint for my kitchen walls and cabinets. Chandra was working in the paint department and went above and beyond to be helpful. She made the experience positive and informative and I think she deserves a shout out for her customer service.

If you want excellent service and assistance with purchasing an appliance, I highly recommend talking to a lady named Simone. She went above and behind any expectation I may have had on finding the refrigerator that I wanted.

Terrible delivery policy and poor customer service at this store. I have had issues at this store in the past and they have cost me a ton of down time trying to complete personal projects and projects for my customers.

We recently upgraded some kitchen equipment and got a new cook top, exhaust fan and oven. Unfortunately the new fan was a bit shorter and so a piece of bare wood showed and I needed to get some paint to fill in. I had no idea about custom color matching and was able to get a small container thanks to the help of the person working the paint counter who was so helpful. In addition, it was so helpful to be able to pick the new cleaning supplies for the cook top and stainless oven at the same time and save me a trip elsewhere.

I usually go to the Homedepot at Severance. Came upon the Highland Heights store going to Big Lots. I love this store! The garden center is huge. I only wish I had known that at the beginning of summer.
