This location everybody is busy nobody happened. Everybody told me go this way. Go this way. Nobody walked with me the end. I come back home and I ordered online very bad experience.

When purchasing at this HD always check SKU with price in front of item, you will find that in many cases they will not match. An example recently I saw a prominent sales sign for a three step Gorilla Step Ladder, only to find the sales price was in front of the wrong but similar item that was actually marked at a much higher price. On tope of this the item in question was no longer in stock but sales sign remained. I wish this was a one oft. Unfortunately this seems to be the norm and not an exception at this HD . I usually have to check the sku and then on my phone to check the price of the item because enviably there will not be a price displayed or it is the wrong price with a different SKU. This HD is horrible of displaying the correct price for their merchandise. This is whether it is a similar item that is listed or items said to be in a section that the website or salesperson says is there, only to have the wrong item with much higher price in its place. And I thought Bait and Switch had been outlawed.

Bought some stuff there looks to be in good order. Got what I wanted and left. Very urban setting wouldn't go there if you are a large scale contractor. Perfect for small shopping.

When you find one like Ms Eva Martinez, it makes the Shopping experience much more pleasurable. She is patient, knowledgeable, and really trying to help.

It was very convenient that the Rte 440 Jersey City store had a separate entrance for euipment rentals. I made the reservation online and pickup was 10 minutes max including all paperwork and instructions on how to use the power washer. The staff was efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. I've never used a power washer and they were patient and very helpful in answering my questions and showing me (twice) how to operate it until I felt comfortable. They even walked me to my car and loaded the machine, taking care not to scratch my old car. Great service, plus power washing is fun!

I went to Home Depot to buy some plants for my garden. The two employees in the garden department were having a personal conversation and were not interested in helping me find what I needed. The store also had a very limited stock of perennials.

This Home Depot location is staffed with a team that is invested in the customer experience. Every person wearing the Home Depot uniform greeted me, asked if I was being helped or offered assistance. The general atmosphere was calm and cool - no stress or bad energy anywhere. I got everything I needed and bought a few extras - Home Depot will do that, but great customer service has that effect on me.

I found everything I needed except one item. A store employee was extremely helpful and walked me right to the item location. She was friendly, competent and she had a great attitude.

Bhojwattie, Ms.Lynne, Paula, Ingrid, Sakeyna, Shalena & Mike from pro desk always greet me on my visits to the store, along with many other employee’s. Come to the store 5-6 days a week so always see a friendly face who can help if needed.

The current management neither understands or comprehends that their current lackluster checkout performance is losing them customers. Bad enough, many items are not available, fine that is the nature of these stores. But the implementation of checkout seems to be a decision of the current management and it's abysmal. Currently in self checkout a sales associate is required to scan all items, which translate oner person for four registers. And in the case of the day that I went, there was a glitch at these nominal self checkout made it worst. If they are worried about theft, hire another sales or security person to man the doors and check receipts. Or just close the self checkout and use traditional cashiers. On one other note it is nice now that some of the registers have capability of using the electronic wallet, But couldn't all the registers be equipped with that purpose. Does the management have no control on how this store is run or is their decision to implement things in non thinking gut decision. Or is every decision piecemeal.

We received such great service! The assistant manager Bobby greeted us as soon as we came in and helped us until we left the store. As we were getting the drywall we realized it would not fit in our vehicle and immediately Bobby went with us to measure our vehicle to see if the dry wall could fit. He tried every option to get the drywall to fit. When we figured out a compromise which was not ideal for our project, Bobby arranged a driver to bring us our drywall sheet using the Home Depot van. This was above and beyond because we were in a situation without options and Bobby showed genuine kindness, which is not something you experience much of. The driver of the van also showed interest and patiently followed us to the location. We appreciate the effort and time put into us!

All staff was very professional and helpful

Whenever I walk in to Home Depot, someone says Welcome but when I turn to see who, they turn their head as if they don't want to admit they were the ones who spoke. I'd rather not be welcomed at all if it's going to be so insincere.

Bought Kitchen. Needed to modify. Try making an appointment. Call in? Nope! Show up? Someone can help you get an appointment for Tuesday. Just trying to reorder goods delivered damaged.

I was frustrated searching for gray bullnose tile (which I know nothing about) and ask a young man could he help me, he said yes and I was blessed. Kenneth P, was patient, knowledgeable, professional and help me succeeded in getting exactly what I wanted and having a great experience shopping. Kenneth P is an asset to the Home Depot brand.

I came in to buy some plumbing stuff. Didn't know that there was no tap-to-pay option in the store. The employee Wynter R. really helped me with the online purchase. She was extremely professional and nice.

This place is pretty horrible. No organization, employees are more concerned with talking to one another and ignoring customer's needs than anything. I will say, there's a terrific guy in the paint and adhesives department that was probably the best I have encountered in any Home Depot ever. He really knows his stuff.

If you need a tool and a pinch, this is definitely the place to go👍👍
