This location everybody is busy nobody happened. Everybody told me go this way. Go this way. Nobody walked with me the end. I come back home and I ordered online very bad experience.

When purchasing at this HD always check SKU with price in front of item, you will find that in many cases they will not match. An example recently I saw a prominent sales sign for a three step Gorilla Step Ladder, only to find the sales price was in front of the wrong but similar item that was actually marked at a much higher price. On tope of this the item in question was no longer in stock but sales sign remained. I wish this was a one oft. Unfortunately this seems to be the norm and not an exception at this HD . I usually have to check the sku and then on my phone to check the price of the item because enviably there will not be a price displayed or it is the wrong price with a different SKU. This HD is horrible of displaying the correct price for their merchandise. This is whether it is a similar item that is listed or items said to be in a section that the website or salesperson says is there, only to have the wrong item with much higher price in its place. And I thought Bait and Switch had been outlawed.

Bought some stuff there looks to be in good order. Got what I wanted and left. Very urban setting wouldn't go there if you are a large scale contractor. Perfect for small shopping.

When you find one like Ms Eva Martinez, it makes the Shopping experience much more pleasurable. She is patient, knowledgeable, and really trying to help.

It was very convenient that the Rte 440 Jersey City store had a separate entrance for euipment rentals. I made the reservation online and pickup was 10 minutes max including all paperwork and instructions on how to use the power washer. The staff was efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. I've never used a power washer and they were patient and very helpful in answering my questions and showing me (twice) how to operate it until I felt comfortable. They even walked me to my car and loaded the machine, taking care not to scratch my old car. Great service, plus power washing is fun!

I went to Home Depot to buy some plants for my garden. The two employees in the garden department were having a personal conversation and were not interested in helping me find what I needed. The store also had a very limited stock of perennials.

This Home Depot location is staffed with a team that is invested in the customer experience. Every person wearing the Home Depot uniform greeted me, asked if I was being helped or offered assistance. The general atmosphere was calm and cool - no stress or bad energy anywhere. I got everything I needed and bought a few extras - Home Depot will do that, but great customer service has that effect on me.
