Between my wife and myself and our business, we are in and out of different Home Depot‘s approximately 3 to 5 times per week. The Honesdale Home Depot is by far our favorite. They are always well stock and have knowledgeable associates. Never left without having my situation taken care of. Always felt totally satisfied.

WHY WHY do they never tell you the dates that a sweepstakes start and especially end? How come they last from April until August???? TOO LONG!!

I recently shopped in the lumber dept and, Mike, the associate working that department, took the time to help me make informed choices for an upcoming DIYproject and helped with my tool purchase. Great shopping experience.

After dealing with a company that was hard to work with trying to get repair work done while still under warranty,10 months later what the company didn’t take care of ,Home Depot was able to resolve my problem and take care of return damaged items,which they could of easily said it’s out of our warranty and to deal with company. Thank you Home Depot for addressing my issues i could of been stuck with damaged items cause the company had no intention of backing up their product.again thank you Home Depot

Tried to have a patio door installed. Between the measurer/installation company and HD millwork, I had zero confidence that the door would be ordered in the correct size. HD did refund me my measurement fee, but no other steps were taken to try to retain my business, forcing me to look elsewhere to have the job completed.

who is this man dylan? i ran over him and the customer he was helping to his car.. i was in a hurry to get home and attend 530 mass... dylan asked"can i help you" i was in the parking lot.. i didn't even think he was talking to me..lol.. i had to turn back to him and say yes I wanted to see the huskey shelves that were on sale not sure if the sale is over or what...dylan said give me 5 minutes.. i went into the store and wasn't sure where to go but then he came up behind me and said follow me and we went to the aisle where the husky was... he helped me examine and understand which shelves i needed and said "these are the strongest shelves" i agreed and liked the price so he helped me load them onto my cart.. iwent to check out and after check out was surprised to see him again saying "do you need help to your car" i said yes they are a little heavy...dylan helped me to my car and helped me put them into the back.. i was in shock... what great customer service.. in this crazy world and someone capable that wants to help a customer?. i thought i was on mars..lol.... anyway take care of this man he is capable and has great customer service...tell HR more hires like this man... knowlegeable capable and amazing customer service.. i had to write in about this man.. thanks i will be back honesdale...keep up the great work....easy in easy out... i liked how fast things went thanks to your capable associates.. the check out too.. she was great i had the tough gift cards that have to be scratched off like the lottery and she rolled right over it like it was nothing..... God bless...

Robin helped me purchase a washer and dryer - quick and easy. Love this store.

For the most part they always seem to have what we need.

1. Lumber isle blocked up with outgoing orders so you are unable to get a lumber cart to the lumber you want purchase 2. Only self checkout, although an employee is available for assistance 3. Rude employees, (2 of them, I wish I got their names)

Every time I go to this store I never fail to leave satisfied. The best part of this store is the staff. Always friendly and always caring to help the customers. I would highly recommend anyone shop here to have an enjoyable shopping experience!

Employees were actually super nice AND helpful here! We’ll be driving the extra 15 miles to shop here instead of Monticello from now on. A huge difference.

Staff is amazingly helpful friendly courteous and go above and beyond.

Highly recommend Jay and Chaz in the kitchen dept to help with your kitchen design. They are extremely knowledgeable both about their products and the installation process. They don't rush you, are helpful and have a great sense of humor.

Very nice to deal with and make return if necessary.

As an older retired woman, I don’t have a big need for the Home Depot store, but when I do, the associates at this store can make my day. They all seem to know their stuff & can quickly tell you which aisle an item is in. They are friendly and helpful. Also, the store is usually well stocked and kept pretty neat.

Went through the checkout with a cashier named Richie he was super friendly and very helpful definitely made a hectic shopping trip more enjoyable
