Bought this a few day's ago and I'm thankful they had it in stock because my local Home Depot didn't.

I’ve been to this location on several occasions. It’s refreshing to not have to hunt someone down when you are looking for an item. Everyone is helpful.

Standoffish, no thankyou , when I tried to help lift some heavy rods she became even more Standoffish, definitely but didnt care did i receive a thank you $400 purchase. Have to say one dude made a key while gathered supplies, he found me and handed a copy, he had a good attitude ,key worked perfectly. I dont care about real friendly help I know people have moments but if you serve you kinda gotta keep it in check. Im a good customer and respectful.

I now always come to this store for things. I was a customer of your competitors for the longest but now my favorite is Home Depot. Best people and service.

After asking 2 other workers for help and getting minimal help, the 3rd guy led me to what I needed.

The first refrigerator delivery, after waiting a week was damaged. Took another week for the second one.

The team here did everything they could to make sure we had a great experience. Truly believe they went above and beyond and earned a loyal customer.

The delivery driver was very rude and one them had nasty attitude refused to complete installation

Plenty of items in stock. Like the remodel with see several payment stations staff was there to assist if needed.

I went in to look at paint samples with 3 kids under the age of 10. What impressed me was every associate we passed said hi or can I help you? I am a loyal shopper of this Home Depot but this visit really showed me the team of employees they are hiring. Everyone was happy and smiling. Great job!

Excellent customer service. Professional, personable, through in meeting my needs , even with my many questions.. I will ask for John Brandt when purchasing any other appliances or have further questions.

I greatly appreciate the assistance of the two gentlemen in plumbing. It helped me with a project. I had not performed previously

excellent customer service in the appliance department and also at check out. Having been in customer service positions my entire work career, i know excellent customer service and must say the these two ladies were outstanding

This was an all day affair for me. The hot water heater was in stock and most of the auxiliary parts were available; however, HD was missing one preformed specific length hose (18") that I needed; however, I was able to use a 24" one in its place.

I purchased a dishwasher on 7/14 and was told installation would be coordinated with delivery. The dishwasher is sitting in the middle of my kitchen and I have no information on installation package I purchased after multiple calls. I’ve called the appliance hotline and left messages at store but no response. I’m highly disappointed in HD.

This store used to have knowledgeable workers eager to help, I feel like most workers there don't really value Home Depot and probably should be working at McDonalds. So much attitude, most on them on their phones or hanging in groups just chit-chatting while customers aimlessly wonder through the store

Employees are not afraid to engage with shoppers to help. I also appreciate that this store is apparently making efforts to employ adults with special needs. We need more companies that are making efforts to improve our world.

I hate there are no longer cashiers at the front of the store. I'm not a fan of self checkout and there is no other option at this store. I may change hardware stores based on that alone.

If you’re looking to waste your time looking for some aisle help…..DO NOT at this HD store

HD employees need to be made aware of changes in products and where there’s new products can be found

The employees are trained and managed well. They do assist, the employees have bought into Home Depot’s mission statement and its business plan. Great job. A business is only as good as the employees!!

My sales associates was super helpful and she helped me purchase a gas stove !

Good Employee’s make the visit a lot easier

I bought a microwave and paid to have it installed. The goofs they hired couldn’t install it. I got someone else to, when I asked for credit on the install, they credited that and cashed themselves for the entire unit.

Trying to get to lightbulbs, having to dodge displays of cleaning supplies. This is on a main aisle going from entrance door to back aisle that crosses the store. It just seem to be getting worse. Now they have gone to Self checkout in the main section of the store. I sure hope when they are busy, they have two employees to help with issues.

They removed the checkout aisles with employees helping customers checkout. Only self checkout lanes now. Terrible layout and worse employees. Took 15 minutes to check out on a Friday at 1130. What a joke of store for customer service.
