Craig Miller assisted me when I bought my 96 gallon Toter Two Wheel garbage can. Not only did he give me some great advice regarding this item, but he also gave me some helpful hints on extending the life of my Honda lawnmower (a Home Depot purchase) and how to safely spray the poison ivy that is growing on my fence. He is a wealth of good solid information - he could teach a Saturday helpful hint class at Home Depot. Unlike MOST Home Depot employees and More importantly, Mr. Miller approached ME to find out what type of help I needed. I did not have to go search for an employee that was reluctant to help me. Nothing was impossible for Mr. Miller to help me with, and he did it all with a smile. This is the best experience I have ever had at Home Depot. Other employees could stand to learn customer service from Mr. Craig Miller.

Oscar and Ron were very helpful. My son in law was very helpful also. The associates made the visit very pleasant.

Needed to replace a kitchen faucet and with the help of Terrell I purchased all of the supplies needed and he recommended a great Moen faucet. Thanks

The paint department bent over backwards to help us with a large volume of custom paint. Even though some of the paint we needed was out of stock in the 5 gallon size, they price-matched with 5 single gallons. We have been trying to purchase this from the Home Depot on the N. Loop West, checking with them daily and all they tell us is they are out of the 5 gallon size and they have no idea when more will come in. Never were we offered the price-match option! The Pro Account department was equally as helpful getting us set up with a Pro account. Sadly, we have spent at least $10K at the N. Loop West location in the past year and will receive no benefit since no one bothered to tell us about signing up for a Pro Account. Then our purchases were loaded into our vehicle! We have never received this type of service from the Home Depot on the N. Loop West which is only 1 mile from our home as compared to this location being around 15 miles from our home. The N. Loop West Home Depot needs to take a lesson from this location!

We felt like celebrities...First, we received free hot dogs and as we walked in...the great deals started immediately... The greeters greeted us and handed us a circular. As we made our way through the store, we were asked my at least 3/4 associates if they could help. This type of experience is what initially kept me a Lowes customer but they were unable to maintain those standards...Today, HOME DEPOT has surpassed those standards and I can't wait for my next visit...I have to wonder if all the Home Depot stores have adopted this model, I hope so. Oh yeh, I almost forgot although she was unforgettable...Our cashier; La'Tisha...WAS AWESOME!!!!! she made my wife laugh and smile and my wife never laughs and smiles... thanks again for a great experience!!!!!!!!

I only shop at this Home Depot. I was looking for a new lawnmower and I'm pleased with my new Honda mower.

The cashier, should get a bonus for her show of customer service. She paged and paged for assistance but no one ever showed up. Finally these 2 guys who worked there but were off work/shopping in the store came to my rescue. They made 2 trips out to my car and could not have been any nicer. All three apologized for me having to wait so, so, so long for service. All 3 deserve a BONUS:)

I visited the store on Mother's Day with my children to get some plants. We were looking for a Aloe Vera plant and were directed to it personally by staff. I also got a lovely rose bush and my daughter picked up a few plants also. We asked questions of almost everyone working out in the garden shop and was very please with the pleasant and helpfulness of each associate. We even got our plants potted there with the promotion they had going on at the time. Thanks to the 4 associates that helped us out that day. 2 cashiers, one that potted our plants and a floor staff associate helping us with plant questions. Thank you !!

It seems that this location has problems with the associates knowing the store policies on returns, pricing, etc. There are usually issues with this location regarding returns even when you clearly have a Home Depot receipt.

The Garden Area Associate Peggy ALWAYS has a smile and great attitude. I specifically check out in her area instead of using the self checkout because she's a pleasure to see and deal with.

I easily found the lawn mower I wanted and the check out was fast and efficient. Service was helpful and provided with a smile. Home Depot made my day. thank you.

I was sent to this HD since my closest HD was out of stock on the required pavers for my project (even though they showed 350 available!). I spent over an hour at the first store - only to find there were NONE of the pavers to be found. At this HD, the pavers were available, in the quantity I needed, but I had to cull out over 60 pavers before finding the first acceptable one. All 60 had the corners broken off! To get the 36 pavers I needed to finish my project, I literally had to go thru the whole pallet of about 200 pavers. It was obvious that HD staff had restacked the "culls" back on the pallet since even those in the center of the stack were broken. Would I shop here again - very unlikely! This is NOT a typical HD store - at least from the area of Sylacauga, Huntsville, and Scottsboro Alabama where I usually shop. Management needs to "get onto" the garden shop manager! At the first HD - they need to do inventory more often - the computer showed 350 pavers in stock - and none could be found. NOT a place that is customer-friendly. BTW: The cashier WAS extremely efficient!

The Pro Desk is by far my favorite department they're always so helpful! I really enjoy going to this store location.

I was very impressed with a young man in the Customer Service department. There were items that I was returning and my cousin (Veteran) was getting a 10% discount on the new items being purchased. He was very friendly and smiled a lot. The distance from my house to this Home Depot was a bit farther than the others, but it was worth the extra gas used.

Materials were in stock and available. The store is clean and the employees are friendly.

The supplies I needed were in stock and in sufficient quantity. Store is well organized and it is easy to locate my items.

Was greeted by smiling associate as I entered the store. Employees are helpful and pleasant.
