It touches my heart to know in this day and area 2024 that the younger generation are willing to go above and beyond and helping customers with particular items like cutting plexiglass to the size that I needed .. here you can see my brand new two pieces that will cut for me ..and you can see my dirty old crack one to the right ...I am so pleased with Will helping me today.. and going above and beyond that I needed for my. bird feeder ..the Lord blessed me today with a wonderful young man named will... he went above and beyond and helping me and his coworker Joe guided us to the right aisle.. to where we could find the item and will cut it out for me to the right size that I needed ..I was so blessed today at this Home Depot in Howell NJ.. I would highly recommend everybody going here to this home Depot Howell......

I had a simple home painting project. I was helped by the folks in the paint department. Purchased paint and spackle. It was quick and effortless. Happy about it. Very friendly.

I have ordered a front loader washing machine. That should be delivered on April 8th. My sales representative Bob in appliance was really great, very helpful and kind.

This store, primarily its staff is excellent. Personnel seem well trained, friendly and knowledgeable. I always find the product I need and appreciate the selection of similar products (for comparison of quality and price).

The staff in this store is caring and kind and goes above and beyond for their customers. I came in to my local Howell Home Depot with some questions on replacing my old carpet with laminate. I had the great pleasure of meeting Melissa Ingram , a flooring expert who answered my long list of questions and concerns. She was so knowledgeable and treated me like a friend. I left with not only a flooring measurement scheduled , but a bath remodel appointment. I am so excited to finally start this venture with Home Depot.

Employees are always pleasant and accommodating and the store is always well stocked.

This Home Depot was very clean and organized and the staff was friendly and helpful. It’s always nice to go into a store where the staff knows what’s on the shelf and where to find things.

Seeking to purchase a Google /Nest camera - floodlight. Had some technical questions and HD representative Dana went above and beyond to assist me. She politely and willingly escorted me to a computer and sought the technical specs I was seeking. Truly level 10 service.

The employee who helped me in the paint department was outstanding. He took his time to answer my questions and helped with suggestions on paint colors. I wish I could recall his name, but it was early morning, 7:30 am on 08/27

Home Depot always helpful, good teamwork. Worked through some ordering questions with Chris and Will in millwork department. Both are very knowledgeable and helpful to my situation.

I came in on a very hot July afternoon and was greeted and assisted by a very friendly and helpful trio behind the customer service desk. They looked up the items, were happy to say they actually were in stock, told me where they were located and how to get there. They said I could certainly check out at their desk, as well. One of the employees must have noticed me putting my hair up bc it was hot outside and asked me to wait before I went to the outdoor garden section. He got up, walked to the back and came back with an ice cold bottle of water for me. They were all so thoughtful and helpful and it makes all the difference.

Just to inform you. Your Howell location is my absolute favorite location. It is well stocked, well populated with respectful associates. Amongst the 3 or 4 HD stores in the Rt.9 corridor. Thus is my go to store. TKS

She clearly exceeded our expectations by providing us with a cordial and professional attitude along with a conscientious and thorough approach and detailed review of our custom order which was often complex and multi-faceted. Whether I order an item online to pick up in the store, make a purchase in store, or return an item my experience with this home depot has always been amazing. They remedy problems so efficiently, have items in stock, and are always attentive to making sure I find what I am looking for.

To Howell Home Depot is so much better than the Freehold one that I would rather drive a couple of extra miles to do my shopping there. I do recommend you do the same.

Every time I muster up the motivation to get 6 refill bottles of water it is a crap shoot to see if they even have them. They also made the water area an exit only so you can't even see if they have any in stock until after the register area. Not worth the aggravation

I made some purchases over the last few months doing some jobs inside my home. I tried to return some miscellaneous items ( gloves/masks/doorknobs) that I did not use for my jobs and was told I could not return the items even though I had the receipt. I will be go elsewhere for repairs going foward.

I bought a door at Home Depot but nobody helps you. It’s pretty much free for if you try to speak to somebody they always tell you they’re not from that department. Therefore, you should send them home because they could feel in their department.

I've been shopping at this Home Depot since probably 2011. I used to go to the Freehold location, but I found the Howell one to be cleaner, better organized and staffed with helpful employees in the various departments. If the exact item I'm looking for isn't in stock I can usually find something very similar with the help of the store employees. Although I miss the open bins of nails, screws and bolts at my long-closed local hardware store, Home Depot has earned my loyalty.
