On Oct 5 I went to home depot howell location. I paid for a large order and requested to keep in storage for the next day's pick up on Oct 6 that i went to pick up I had the worst experience ever with this associate Bruce who said there was no order when i was actually looking at it behind him that was the storage area. he did not provide any assistance to help me load or request anyone to help. Since the load was heavy i went back to the store and said to put this order in storage and i would pick up the ret in 15 minutes. When i returned he not only did not secure my order inside the storage but it disappeared. for over 45 minutes i had to wait until i asked for a supervisor. Peggy who was another unprofessional rude and instead of apologizing for her associate she was justifying what he did and said you have to wait to go and replace the order. How can this behavior be accepted ??? how can a leader treat a customer like this and continue geting away as if its ok when it was them who made the error. Is this what you call leadership ? and acceptable behavior ??? HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!!!!

Great store for all your home needs - modeling, renovation or upgrade. Excellent place staff are nice courteous and trying to help locate what you need no big line to pay and parking or getting in and out promptly

Sandra and Jay noticed I was looking at a sawzall and approached me to inform me of a deal with Milwaukee tools. I did not have to go looking for help and I would not have known about the promotion if it wasn't for them. As far as I'm concerned both employees went above and beyond today.

The staff is very helpful and the store is clean and organized. I love their outdoor garden supplies and selection of plants and flowers. It has a lot more than other stores I have visited.

Store manager Guy embodies what customer service means, he goes out of his way to ensure any issue is resolved. The store agent Cochise also provides good customer support.

After visiting many design centers for ideas for our new kitchen, we were left very underwhelmed. That is until we spoke with a wonderful CSR at Home Depot, who scheduled us with an amazing designer named Rina. Rina took the time to go over every detail, and even gave us an updated model the very next day! We knew that we wanted to deal with Rina moving forward, and we have faith that she will design our dream kitchen! Thank you to both Home Depot and Rina!

After you endure a long wait you will likely be greeted by a nasty Mike who will bark at you and then tell you that you don't have a reservation when you do. Then won't apologize when he finds it in the system

I ordered the kitchen cabinets there and it was presented me very in a professional manner.

We were shopping for a few items and found them easily. We also wanted to look at sliding closet doors. A young man showed us sliding interior closet doors so now when we return to purchase them, we'll know right where to find them.
