Horrible customer service at the pro desk. Tried to order a single interior door that is special order. Literally watched three guys,who were just standing there, do everything in their power not to help me. Never again Home Depot Howell.

The item(s) I wanted were in stock and twice when I needed help finding an item, I was assisted right away by knowledgable staff. Customer service staff solved my problem with a promo offer quickly and to my satisfaction.

Clean organized with friendly staff. Anyone looking for Doors and Windows ask for Will in Millwork who has excellent costumer service skills!

My Howell, NJ Home Depot is just about as the BEST place I can shop for ALL that I want. I may not know where everything is, but they In Store Associates do, and they help me each time I need to know what I am looking for is! they are the BEST!!

Last Saturday my wife decided we need a new Cloths Dryer , she found the one she wanted , called the Howell NJ store , Customer Service and asked if the model was in stock for pick up , waited 10 min, 20 min, 30 min , got mad and called the Neptune NJ store , Asked Customer Service if the model was in stock and ready for pick up , within 5 min she received a call back from Neptune NJ store we went and picked it up and was home with in in a hour and a half , Great job from the Neptune Store still waiting from a call back from the Howell customer service , not the first time i had trouble with the customer service in Howell NJ its a nice store and most of the time i am in the Howell store, its just that there Customer Service Sucks

This Home Depot is excellent. It is always neat and clean, easy to find everything, and most of all, the employees are extremely helpful, there is a genuine care when it comes to helping me with my project.

No cashiers and only self checkout on a Sunday afternoon is greedily insane! How about helping the community and local economy by HIRING more employees not less.

The experience was comfortable, pleasant, and the store personnel were extremely helpful. We are elderly and were treated so that we would not hesitate to choose Home Depot for all our needs.

I'm doing the bathroom remodel, I had to rebuild the exterior wall due to rot. I have had to go to this Home Depot 2, 3, or 4 times a day for supplies. I have always been able to get what I needed, except a 1 1/2" copper female adapter which I ordered online. Assistance is available when I need it. Your associate's are getting to know me, and always greet me when I come in and are very willing to assist me if needed. The store is very clean, and well stocked. I'm getting to the point where I can start installing the new tile and sheetrock. I'll be back several more times...

I only shop at the Neptune store.

I would have given the store an excellent rating except for 2 things, first they don't allow a military discount for online purchases, their largest competitor does and second when I requested that something be dropped off in a specific place that the request be fulfilled instead of just leaving it on my driveway especially when I had to pay $79 to have it delivered.

Great store, been going to this rt9 Howell, NJ Home Depot since it opened. Eveything is easy to find, employees very helpful too !

I always seem to get the same cashier. Her name tag reads Diana S. This lady is always upbeat and has a smile. Will not let you touch anything in your cart as she rings you up. A great asset to the company. This is in Howell NJ.

The store was very clean, products were clearly laid out and the staff were very helpful.

There were two associates in the Howell store who assisted me. The gentleman who assisted me from the window department desk who was able to get the products I need with a true concern. The cashier Deborah with a true friendly smile who completed the sale who I felt went above and behind her job. Both are top notch. I felt both went out of their way to make me feel like an important customer.

Phil of the garden area was great. He listen to my questions and gave me clear succinct answers. He is a credit to your organization.

The staff is always helpful, the store is clean, and check-out is fast and friendly. This store provides a much better experience than Lowes from my experience.
