Anthony the Cashier would not provide the Home Depot Veteran Discount, and was hostile and unappreciative towards a Veteran on Memorial Day Weekend!

If I want a quality product I go to Home Depot, that's the only way I can make improvement without any delays.

Home Depot in Howell is my go to. We do many remodels and Becky in the pro department is so helpful!

Recently purchased a GE Washer and Dryer to replace my 15 year old school appliance. Had a wonderful experience with Walter who is one of the appliance specialist. He is very knowledgeable on all appliances and helped us make the best decision for our our needs. Very warm and friendly. Melissa the store Supervisor is just as wonderful and helped us with an issue we had from a previous order. She also took the time to call us to check in when our new appliances got delivered to make sure all went well. Great experience with both Walter and Melissa.

We had to select tiles for our bathroom renovation and the specialist helped us by explaining details about each tile choice and getting samples for us to buy and take home before finally making our choice. We are very happy with our selection and can’t wait to start the renovation.

Title about sums it up. Moved into a new house nearby over the summer, so have spent a lot of time in the store. Always a positive experience.

I went in the Howell home Depot looking for a dishwasher and was helped right away with a reasonable price and a better option Walter was very helpful

I had an issue with a return due to a computer glitch and let me tell you , Rachel was relentless in getting it rectified. She went above and beyond with the assistance of Kevin who provided the "magic" key to our return riddle. Thanks to the great teamwork at this store I am a satisfied customer.. Thank you

Every now and than you get great service from an excellent employee. This Employee was Joe from the Paint Dept. He went above and beyond. Even helped me with something other than paint. Most times they don't do that. Most appreciative. They need more employees like Joe

I have dealt with ALMOST every employee in this store. I have found all of them with a positive attitude, and always helpful.

It took 45 minutes for me to find a light fixture because no one at this store wanted to help me. Not even management in customer service. I drove from another home depot because the other one didn't have what I needed in stock.. no one greeted me at the Howell NJ location, I was ignored when I asked for someone to help me & all of their employees on the floor were stocking shelves and walking around on their cell phones. Disgusting

Recently bought a new refrigerator. OUTSTANDING help from the Appliance Dept. Flawless delivery.

We have all new appliances in our home over the past year and we purchased every one of them with Mr. Walter Milk! He is the best! He knows everything about all of the appliances and he is fabulous to work with.

The Christmas tree we wanted was out of stock in the store. The clerk checked inventory and was able to locate them still on the truck out back. She had someone go to the truck and bring the tree into the store for us. She was so lovely to go above and beyond to help us. So impressed with the excellent customer service.

You can tell this store is organized, clean and managed to world class standard. My visit was easy and I found everything I need. Staff gave me great advice on mold remediation.

I frequent the Howell store often. The customer service is uneven with a few employees with bad attitudes and most eager to be of help. I blame the Store Manger. The selection in the Garden Department is worth the trip but forget about truck rentals to bring bulky items home. Best to bring your own truck as Contractors seem to have reserved what little was available

The appliance specialist, Walter Milk made my experience very easy and pleasant. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in my decision to purchase a whirl pool dishwasher. I will be returning in the fall to purchase a new refrigerator. Walter has the best personality for this particular job and he should be accommodated for giving excellent customer service.

The entire staff at your Howell location is a great team from Josh greeting me in the parking lot , and helping get my air conditioner to my car. Tara helping me make the correct selections and offering suggestions. The store Manager Gary also came right over to help me!! They are a great team and obviously love working at Home Depot and truly care about their customers!

In these hectic times, I do a lot of phone ordering. Many of the other Home Depot stores don’t even answer their phones let alone provide service.I’ve surfed the loop of Phone transfers way too many times.The Howell store, not only answers the phone, they actually help and provide a service. They also have a very professional and friendly attitude, and a general knowledge of their of job. Kudos Howell, keep up the good work…. Mr. Bill

Not enough employees to even handle a checkout line.

Melissa in customer service area is outstanding, you can tell she loves here job.She made our shopping experience great, you could see her smile through the mask. she took care of a big delivery, and then checked us out with other items we picked up for the day. This was great service. We will be back.....

As usual your HD store has never failed to provide a favorable shopping experience. The store is always clean, products are well stocked and easy to find. And I always easily find an associate who is helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. These are the reasons I shop ORANGE..

Their store hours are wrong on google maps, they’re only open til 8 on Sunday even though it says 9 online “they forgot to change it”. At 8 they turned away a customer because they were closed…that’s terrible customer service, he didn’t show up at 8:10 or 8:15, it was 8 on the dot and they were “too busy” to help him.
