We had many issues with online orders for our kitchen renovation project. KC , customer service manager,assisted us above and beyond to resolve these issues making our complicated project more simple. She is truly a remarkable person, a major asset to the Home Depot corporation.

This Home Depot has always been a pleasant place to shop. The employees are always friendly and helpful. I wish I could say the same about Home Depot in general. I've had many unfortunate experiences with products and product installation instructions but I still go back for certain things because it is a pleasant place to shop.

Walter in Appliances is fantastic. Happy to help, and cheerful. Made my day! The whole shopping experience from being greeted at the door by the Customer Service personnel to the Store Manager making sure my needs were met. Will be shopping in this store more often!

I've been coming to this Howell store since I moved to Jackson and honestly can say it's the best Home Depot store i've been to. Second to none in all aspects. The workers are so pleasant and will approach you to see if help is needed at all times. I find everything I need and when I cannot find it, guess what??? I ask and it happens. If something has been sold out they will initiate a search to get you to the next available store that has it. My favorite place for all my home improvement needs.

I find this store always clean and can find what ever I need.

I go to the Howell, NJ store at least 2 times a week to buy something. Since going to this Howell store I must have spent about $4,000. there. Always satisfied with the help and friendliness.

I have found that all the employees in this particular store have alway helpful and quick to get me the proper help when needed and you can be assured that I will be back and tell my neighbors and friends .I live in a community in Jackson with over 1400 homes .

IDEAL location for this type of store, an asset to the community.

Employees do not assist customers. The window and door department are understaffed and overwhelmed. No urgency to tend to customers.

I love "my Home Depot", only 1.2 miles up the street. Small problem, wiring a 30AMP tankless hot water heater, problem, the store had everything I needed, except a double pole QQ SQ D 30 AMP breaker.

I love "My Home Depot", but for the last week or so the Parking lot is being paved. One note about the "new" cart corrals, They placed the posts right on the paint line and you can not open the door enough to get out unless you are a fence post !

I like "My Home Depot", generally they have everything I need or look for. One day, last Sat 09292018, I needed some M3 cap screws and nyloc nuts. the store had the screws but only 3 nuts, I needed four, so I got a package of regular nuts and double nutted them

Howell Home Depot has to be the best I've encountered and I have been to a lot of them.

Store was cleaning pipe system. While walking to the door pipe exploded and black stuff came out destroyed my new shoes n socks. Very mad

Good store, good associates. I find that the employees/associates will try to help you find whatever you need, regardless of whatever dept. they are working in. This is something I ALWAYS appreciate.

I purchased carpeting and was very pleased with the service. My flooring specialist was very knowledgeable and was able to address all of my concerns. I received an installation date in a timely fashion. I am a very satisfied customer.
