Rich muller in the electrical dept knows everything there is to know about his dept and is a certified professional and a professor. He works part time but he is worth waiting for. Plan your home depot shopping around his schedule for electrical advice.

Assisted and allowed me to purchase refrigerator I've always wanted, but price was out of reach for our family. Floor model. Great customer service.

If you need advice from a pro, go to the Howell store and ask any of the associates on the floor. If they can't help you, they will take the time to lead you to the person that can. It's very rare that I can't find the item that I'm looking for.

This store is amazing and I will go out of my way to come here even though lowe's is more conveniently located. I have never had a bad experience, all of the employees are awesome and will go out of there way to help you.

store is well stocked, easy to find things sales people were efficient and helpful, despite the fact that our original sales person gave us incorrect information. Other individuals were helpful in solving the misunderstanding sale was finalized with us being reasonably satisfied with the outcome. Will shop there again.

A great store. The employees are always friendly and helpful. Their efficiency is remarkable and the store is well-stocked, clean restrooms and floor aisles. Very impressive. I went into the tool and equipment rental section to enquire re renting a small trailer for the motorcycle. The sales associate there showed me the prices and procedure for the rental. He also advised me quite professionally on hitches and other equipment that would work on my pickup. I was very appreciative of his assistance. And this store was a lot better stocked in that department than another Home Depot I had visited earlier in the day.
