Great Customer Service !

We made the last purchase today for the material needed for floors in three rooms and a hall way. The Barboursville Home Depot has Ron in Flooring and George in Kitchen who are very knowledgeable and helpful. We are very happy with our counter top selection, back splash and flooring.

We purchased our floors counter tops at Barboursville, WV Home Depot and it was only because a man named Old Man Ron was the associate that we were lucky to speak with. Ron is very knowledgeable and friendly . We purchased our floors for the kitchen and with his help we ended up flooring 2 other rooms and a hallway. Ask for Ron in flooring.

We purchased our granite counter tops at the Barboursville WV Home Depot. We purchased them there because we lucked out and found George in kitchens who was very knowledgeable and accommodating. We ended up buying our back slash as well. We are very happy with the savings and the quality of material that George helped us decide upon.

My visit to the paint department went very well. The associate named Kristy was very friendly; was also helpful and very knowledgeable about recommending the products I needed for my project. She is a great benefit to the paint department and Home Depot!

Store does not assist with loading items and if they do they are rude. Need to be able to buy large items in a box for transport reasons. The Nitro store does that but Huntington only has display items for sale and my truck bed and the item get scratched.

Great Customer Service

I love this store. I love the help I receive there finding what I need and getting loaded up. The employees are nice and friendly and never mind helping a customer.

Home Depot always offers a friendly shopping experience & the clerks are helpful when asked for assistance.

Associates try very hard to answers questions in departments they are not familiar. Unfortunately Home Depot staffing is poor and the associates and customers suffer. Customers because of frustration in getting needed questions accurately answered and associates being put into situation where they feel inadequate and uncomfortable.

The store is clean and neat and the salesman are the most helpfull, instead of telling you what ilsle something is in they will go with you and show you exactly what you are looking for.

Employees were very helpfull unlike other stores where you spend a lot of time looking for someone to help you.

Mr. George Hodapp is a very gifted and talented employee. He has never made us feel "stupid" when we asked about a particular need we had. He is an asset to your Barboursville, WV Home Depot.

Store was clean and stocked. Staff was eager to help me find items.

Everyone that I encountered in this store is very helpful and friendly, even at 9pm!

I shop the garden center frequently throughtout spring and summer. I'm always pleased at the pricing and selection of flowers, mulch, and potting soil.

Excellent customer service at this store unlike competitor down the road! We never enter this store that sales associates don't approach us and offer assistance! If you need custom kitchen/bathroom design -- see George -- he's the best designer and extremely helpful!!

I had several needs to look at during my visit. I ordered some flooring which was based on previous flooring orders we had placed. It went smoothly and quickly working with the salesperson. She was very personable and was eager to help. I also had paint questions. That salesperson was also helpful and pleasant to talk to, offering to match any color of a particular brand that I had asked about. I truly enjoy shopping at this Home Depot. It is always a pleasant experience!!

Excellent Store

I live closer to Lowes but I choose to come to this HD for the service. Taylor in the paint department and Chelsea the cashier always seem to make mine and/or my wife's visits a pleasant experience. It is never good when you have to spend money but these very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and professional young ladies seen to ease the pain so to speak. That is why I will keep me going out of my way, by-passing Lowes and coming to the HD. Special thank to the red headed/bearded young man who helped me load my truck. When I went to leave my truck would not start. He offered me assistance and checked on my status until I left. Everyone always talks about the bad. Well, here is some good!!!!

Abdal, Melissa, Lori at pro desk , Wes , and Rodney are great very helpful friendly professional. I was so thankful Wes helped me with the heavy lifting. The crew is great the store is clean and I like to see smiles witch I saw a lot don't change a thing.
