I found the items I needed to purchase and since I hadn't been approached by an associate I had to look around that general vicinity and purchased some other items I had not planned on purchasing. I will take them back today.

What a Joy to find such a place, where i can not only get lumber, but also a scary skeleton to scare the fudge brownie out of my children!

I had the pleasure of having Pearl assist me with purchasing a refrigerator yesterday. She was very helpful and friendly and knew her merchandise. She seemed to truly care about my needs and answered every question I asked. I was able to quickly make a decision. I called her back today, and she answered my questions with courtesy and professionalism. She is a credit to Home Depot. Thank you, Pearl!

I am happy that Home Depot is changing, employees are starting to ask if you need help and they are also helping with loading up items into your basket when to heavy. There was a peak when they would just walk on by but now things are looking great for Home Depot

Employees were unhelpful and rude in rental department..

The employees are always so friendly and have great customer service. You don't have to chase someone down to help you. There's always someone in the different departments unless they are helping others. Pearl interacted with my young children while I finished making a decision on the appliances I wanted. Great place.

There's never a time when I come to this store and someone doesn't rush to ask me if I need assistance. It's really nice to know that there are still kind people willing to go above and beyond to make someone else happy.

This is a great store and the best employee is Pearl Wilson! She is so friendly and helpful! She is in the Appliance Department and really knows her stuff! She is very knowledgeable!

I have used this store several times. They greet me as I come in the store. There is always someone to help me if I am looking for something and cannot find it. The store is organized and clean every time I have been in there.

I drive 45 minutes to shop at this store in Hutto, Tx. Wouldn't think about shopping anywhere else! The other companies say that they are the best, Home Depot proves they are the best during every visit!

went to service desk to ask for someone in hardware and he showed up quickly. found what we needed in overhead storage and retrieved it for us.

I find everything I need to fix my house. I save so much money just installing things myself. Thanks Home Depot.

Employees in the Hutto store are always helpful and friendly. I have noticed this store employees some high school students and they are just as friendly and helpful as the older employees which is not always the case in a retail establishment so kudos to the management for ensuring A+ employees and customer service!!

Most employees are very knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. I get the feeling of southern hospitality here. The welcome I received didn't feel generic or candid and the employees just seem happy. Great location.

I felt valued by everyone I came into contact with at this store. I was not familiar with the store, but a sales associate saw that I was in search for something and took me straight to what I was looking for. He then came back to check on me to see if Gail was helpful. She was great. I then went to the counter to checkout, and Amber assisted me as well! She was awesome too! Great store!

I went in search for "pocket screws" half expecting to get stumped. The associate drew a blank at first but he looked them up and we found them on the shelves right where they belonged!

I went in with a typical laundry list of items needed from the garden to hangers for metal butterflies. Got amazing service in all three departments.

We were helped by an AWESOME person named Pearl in appliances!! She was very knowledgeable and helped us with a very large purchase!$!$ Unfortunately the 2 individuals (the young man's name was Edgar, we didnt catch the girl's name) in the paint department were NOT knowledgeable or helpful and seemed burdened by our very presence let alone any questions:-( So we spent thousands of dollars in appliances then had to go across the street to Lowe's to be helped with paint!

The store was very clean and it was easy to find what I was looking for. When I was undecided about which product to specifically purchase amongst the choices available, the store employee, Lee, was very helpful in helping me identify which choice would best fit my needs. Friendly employees like Lee make this store a pleasant one to shop in!
