I was able to find exactly what I needed which was a certain type of screw. I shop at the Hutto Home Depot a lot and the associates there are always friendly and helpful. It is nice to know they are always willing to help as much as possible. I also appreciate they have a very diverse workforce.

In the last 3 years we have used the Hutto Home Depot weekly. My family relocated to the Hutto and built new homes. We have purchased some many items and building supplies for our homes, we are on a first name basis with several sales people. We have also invited a few of them to our new homes for parties or holiday gatherings. We can go in or call on the phone for answers to our questions and for good customer service. We greatly appreciate the service Hutto Home Depot has offered us. .

The associates at this store are wonderful and make shopping there a pleasure.

Since Hutto, TX is the main store we usually go to we have gotten very familiar with where everything is. However, if we need help the staff is very friendly and helpful. The overall store is very clean.

We are new home owners in the area and although we have been loyal Home Depot customers, we love the Hutto store. The associates are always friendly and there always seems to be someone available. The associates from other departments will come and assist you if needed even though it might be their area of expertise. I purchased a Makita drill on 11/15/15 and I decided to check out in the garden center because we were looking at stones as well. A cashier named Raven was struggling to get the security device off because there are probably not a lot of items that are paid for in the garden area that have security devices. She worked tirelessly calling for assistance and working to get the device off. She kept apologizing and was one of the nicest associates I have dealt with at HD. It's that kind of service and customer interaction that makes those situations a non event.

The personnel at this location are fantastic. We have had great experiences with ordering countertops, buying appliances, and getting advice on plumbing projects. And the associates in the paint department have been very helpful as well. I've walked in during the morning during the daily employee meeting, and the manager will stop the meeting and shake my hand. And if you are looking for advice in appliances or special ordering countertops, ask for Pearl - you can't go wrong!

I didn't even have to ask for help before it was offered from a friendly associate. Found what I needed and miraculously didn't even have to wait in line.

Every time I shop at this store, I am satisfied, even when they don't have what I need, they are able to help me to get a solution to my problems. Always go here first..

The supervisor over returns is a jerk. Do not use this store ever!!

I had questions in both duct work and wall repair and Travis (employee) was the consummate professional. He was highly knowledgeable, polite, direct and provided alternate options for my home repair needs. He talked TO me and not AT me (if you know what I mean). As a disabled vet, he thanked me for my service.... something that is ALWAYS APPRECIATED by all veterans. Every employee I have spoken with on other occasions at this store have been extremely helpful... and on a few occasions when the employee I posed questions to was not certain, they didn't dally around and make stuff up. Instead, they did what everyone SHOULD do and called for help. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE!!!

Whenever I get that glazed look in my eye trying to find something, a Home Depot Associate notices and comes a running to help me. If not telling me the aisle, they even walk me to the exact spot of what I was asking for, this is GREAT AND LIKE THE HOME DEPOT OF 20 YEARS AGO - KUDOS TO YOU FOR MAKING THIS HAPPEN AGAIN!!! I noticed a huge drop in customer service about 2000, and am pleased to see you bring back the classic Home Depot superior service to us customers a few years ago. Maybe people do not tell you often, but the difference is HUGE AND MUCH APPRECIATED - VERY NOTICIBLE AND YOUR STAFF IS MUCH MORE KNOWLEDEGABLE LIKE THEY USE TO BE IN THE1980'S AND 1990'S.. I bet during those years Home Depot did not think we the consumer did not notice, but we all did. You are doing GREAT the past few years and I am once again a HOME DEPOT FAN!!!! The people who work at Home Depot are usually much more knowledgeable about the products, how to use them, what is needed to complete a particular job, etc. than at "the other guys." Also tend to have a much better product selection.

The associates are well trained and are willing on their own to help you. Since I've moved to another state , I hope to find a store like this soon. Thanks Hutto.

The over all condition of the store was good. The associates I encountered were more interesting in making mocking smart remarks, then they were in assisting me in finding what I was looking for. One also was more interested in her APPS then assisting me. I ended up having to find the products myself. I have had much better experiences at Home Depot in the past

Did not know where to find product I was looking for and a very nice man showed me where to go. After getting one of the products (and a few other things) I went to check out and the girl at the counter asked if I found everything I wanted I told her I didn't and she proceeded to look up the product I wanted and when she found that it could be only bought on line she asked it I would like her to order which I said yes and she went ahead ordered it and is having it shipped to the store at no expense to me except of course the item!! I shop this store often and always find it helpful and clean. I have access to other Home Depots but this has the nicest people and always smiles on their faces. You never feel like you are bothering them.

At first I was told an associate couldn't help me problem solve my DeWalt Drill, so I got my reimbursement from Tiffany at the Returns desk. I took my drill over to tools & was looking for a battery to rule out the battery was the problem. A tall young man named Nick came over & helped me get a DeWalt battery & plugged it into my drill. Presto! that was the problem! Bad batteries! He even volunteered to call DeWalt because the batteries were only 4 months old. But I would do it. He was very nice & helped me out after another associate named Lynn, male, said he couldn't help. Thank you very much to Tiffany & Nick!!!
