Abby in the paint department was so very helpful. She taught me some things I didn’t know about paint. She was professional and personable. What a wonderful employee to represent Home Depot.

I've never walked in to this store and not felt as if everyone knows me. I'm asked right away, "What project are we starting this time?" I feel as if they are a part of my own work crew. I love my Home Depot!

Great experience at the Hutto Home Depot. If your shopping around for appliances, go by Home Depot and see Pearl. Pearl was awesome and very informative! My wife and I were shopping around for appliances, we went to several stores and websites, stopped at Home Depot and realized we could have just started and finished there after we were helped by Pearl!

Very nice and clean store. Friendly associates. We purchased a dishwasher from Pearl in the appliance department. If you are planning to shop Home Depot for a major appliance we recommend going to see Pearl at the Hutto store. She is fantastic.

The Home Depot at Hutto is very clean and the employees are friendly. Pearl was very helpful as we needed a certain stove at a certain price and she was able to get it for us. She was patient, kind, and professional.

if you want great customer service and like to be treated with respect, make sure and ask any employee where to go or what to get and any one of the employees will be able to help you. This store is great, I'm really impressed!

Everything I needed on the list of about 100+ items, was available except 2 small items. I was very satisfied with the experience and being able to find the light mountings, door stops, passive door knobs, lock door knobs, all the faucets I needed, wall covers, etc. I wished I’d saved the receipt on the 12 - 5 gallons of paint and paint supplies I purchased a few days ago so that I could have taken that survey as well! Thanks for making my shopping experience a breeze and having the items I needed in stock!

based upon the quality of service I received on this visit I will do my shopping across the street at Lowes. salesperson got all the important information on my delivery ticket incorrect. she did not go over the papers and get signature as required on the pages I received. I spelled my name and address several time but it is still incorrect on the delivery sheet. If she didn't understand , a simple may I see your drivers license would have solved the problem. I left the store totally disgusted with the service

The employees at this Hutto store are friendly and always helpful and will take you to the location of the merchandise you are shopping for and there is always a good selection of products to choose from.

Even for Home Depot, this store stands out because of the employees. I have never had a poor encounter here - they seem eager to help (a rarity among other home improvement stores) and don't hesitate to approach you. Each seems to be genuinely happy that they work there. The store itself is well stocked, but it is the employees that make it stand out. I make a point of coming here when I need something, even though the other big home improvement store in Hutto is actually just a little closer to where I live.

I was looking for a second refrigerator. Searched through the internet and found the Store #8439 located on 602 W HWY 79 HUTTO, TX 78634 (512)759-3688 had several appliances. I went to the store found several on sale items which weren't on the internet. I asked the sales associates questions and she answered all my questions. Even looked up the specifications for me to make sure it was correct. I went to another store and no associate or anyone to assist me. I looked around. Most of the appliances at that store were showing higher price tags. I went back to home depot, visually checked the fridge again. The associate at Home Depot was very helpful and stated she was glad to see that I had come back and was happy to help me buy the appliance I wanted. I didn't even get her name. Delivery within the week. I expect no problems with the delivery. Abby in the paint dept is amazing and very helpful and friendly. She should be running that place. Shes awesome at what she does and her dept. is always in order.

My past 2 experiences at the paint department have been with the same associate who seems to be intoxicated. He smells of alcohol. I believe I will be shopping elsewhere since home depot feels this is appropriate for this associate to be allowed to work. I think his name is carl from what I can remember. The cashiers were friendly and very helpful. Thats why im giving the store a 3.

This store will always be my home store. Both my wife and I always walk out pleased with their services, knowledge, help provided but more importantly being acknowledge and greeted from the time we go in to the time we walk out.

The HUTTO DEPOT #8439 location is my favorite store to shop. I always find the products I need an if not the employees are always willing to help me. This store is always very clean and organized and just well stocked. The greeters are great!!!

The folks in the appliance department are AMAZING! They go above and beyond to insure customer satisfaction.

I experienced some exceptional initiative and customer service from Rashad at the Hutto Home Depot at 2:30 on a Tuesday afternoon. He was alert and aware of the store and customers. When two of us waited for 20 minutes for assistance, Rashad actively sought to get help. Jimmy checked me out, and he was kind and accurate as we scanned in many little individual items. These two young men are shining stars, and I hope Home Depot recognizes them and keeps them in my store.
