I paid for a new snow blower online. I went to curbside to get it and the item brought out was dusty and used. The assistant said he think it was a display item. I paid for a new item and was never informed I would get a display. I will return it for my refund.

I am always in need of something for my home. This Home Depot is my first choice and always find what I need. Recently bought blinds for my home and they work perfectly.

We were trying to get a Black Friday promotion and was having difficulty locating it. Several associates tried but two were especially tenacious in looking for it and were able to locate the item.

Two bottles of Sakcrete liquid crack filler. When I got home they were solid mass of cement. Unable to use at all. $24 down the drain !! Their stock is old and worthless.

Went to the Independence Home Depot in search of a new over/under washer/dryer. We were greeted in the appliance section by Carl, a US Army Ranger veteran. Carl was extremely knowledgeable about all of the products and the most customer service-oriented employee of any retail store that I have encountered in many years. He ensured that we were aware of all aspects of our purchase, and made it most enjoyable.

This is the BEST Home Depot and the only one we shop!!

Bought a washing machine. After visiting Home Depot and meeting Carl Black, we dropped our plans to visit other competitors. Carl is so knowledgeable and good to work with that we were sold! Great experience and will go back for other appliance needs. Thanks Carl!

We bought a refrigerator on September 2, 2025. The information provided by the Appliance Specialist, Pam Denton, was very helpful in making a decision based on our needs. The refrigerator was delivered on September 8, 2025, by two serviceman that took great care in setting up their delivery and took ou old appliance.

We have purchased several appliances from the Independence Home Depot. We have always received excellent service and delivery.

I would recommend the independence home depot to anyone. Nothing but good experience. Just don't go to the blue springs home depot. Absolutely horrible.
