We found some very nice Christmas decorations. The La Quinta store staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

When I got home and ready to do my repair I opened the container a to find it had been opened before and some of it was gone as well as it was dried up and hard as a rock so I couldn't have used it anyway. It was Flex seal paste and it says it stays rubbery yet it was hard as a rock

In six months of training I would increase the stores performance by double digits.

The staff are polite and helpful, but stock taking is terrible. Don’t think they know how to keep items on the shelf

Every employee I encountered was accessible and welcoming - I’m a regular Now!!!!

I have been going to this store since it opened. There have never been enough employees to assist. If you really need one, sometimes it helps to call the store from inside the store or usually you have to track down one like a predator in the jungle.

KIND AND FRIENDLY...HELPFUL AND QUICK

Saturday afternoon was busy but difficult to find anyone to help. After searching I did speak to someone who directed me to the location where the boards I needed were located. In the plumbing area I found the conduit I wanted but finding the fittings was a hunt. The parts I needed were not in the location listed on the shelves. By searching around I finally located them. Kind of frustrating but I did find everything I needed.

Great store in a new thriving part of Indio. I love the garden products and when I am not in a hurry I like to make all my purchases from that department. Something always amuses me at Home Depot.....the quality and selection of products is incredible.

Ramsie Lopez was a huge help. She emailed me right away and was consistently helpful and responsive. I will continue to shop with her for all of my millworks needs when I am working on homes in the Indio area.

The 2 guys selling appliances were very helpful.

Joceline is great associate. She greeted me and rang up my purchase. She smiled and seems to have a positive attitude. It was nice not to use self service.

I had bought some tools for a diy project here at home. Anyways, I approached a worker there, I believe he was doing go backs. I had asked about a ridgid tools promotion, I guess you buy a certain item at a price and get another item for free, he explained how everything worked and I eventually got something. The employee asks me if I'm going to keep shopping for which I replied "yes", he then offers to take my things to the register, that within itself was awesome. Upon arriving at the register, I was greeted with a smile by another employee, didn't get his name but he's super tall, must be over 6'5, anyways, this guy has the greatest attitude ever and a smile of gold. Both these employees made my shopping experience at home depot Jackson in indio very pleasant. I want to give them a shout out for such exceptional customer service. Keep doing your thing gentlemen, I appreciate both of you!

Had some issues with a cellular shade order. Aidan immediately understood the problem, resolving it quickly and efficiently. Gabe (manager) was also helpful. Knowing that i will have access to expertise and professionalism ensures Home Depot as my number one choice for home improvement projects. Thanks, Aidan!

Purchased a wheelbarrow from the garden section then waited for 30 minutes for an MOD to come unlock my purchase. The MOD ignored over 5 calls for service in the department while I stood there. When the manager finally showed up she was not apologetic whatsoever. Instead deflecting blame to the other managers. After checking my receipt for purchase she let me know that the wheelbarrow was actually a different one than I had told the cashier I had wanted. The garden department just pulls a picture off the register and charges you like that. Instead of wasting more of my time and heading to customer service to return the wheelbarrow so I could get the one I wanted, I just left. A very frustrating experience and waste of my time and money. Be better.

I was about to walk out. I had already at this point asked 3 different associates for help with getting product. Ashley and Tianna showed up and team lifted the product and took care of us. Thank you ladies. The only reason I’m giving a 4. Jonathan however needs some training, kind of rude and snobby.

We were having a crowd over. for a BBQ and my husband noticed we needed more BBQ Chips for the BBQ. We were surprised at the selection in that department. We were quite happy about our discovery.
