Joey was enthusiastic, helpful, and happy! We had an exchange for a damaged item and all of the staff were accomodating, helpful and fast.

Recently, Jaden and Robin stopped what they were doing to help me locate an item I was searching for and re-arranged the shelf display to make it easier for the NEXT customer. Great service!

This Home Depot store has always been wonderful for my shopping needs. Store staff has always been very hospitable and polite.

I was looking for a specific tile which local stores did not have. Greg went above and beyond and was able to go into the back of the store, and actually locate exactly what I needed. He even offered to call me back while he checked.

I HAD REGISTERED FOR A FL SALES TAX EXEMPTION FOR OUR COMPANY AND I AM A USA VETERAN AND THE WAY THE PEOPLE AT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK TREATED ME WAS SO RUDE AND THEY DID NOT WANT TO HELP ME AT ALL. THEIR ATTITUDE WAS SO SAD TOO BAD. NEITHER OF MY DISCOUNTS APPLIED TO MY BILL AND I RETURNED TO THE STORE 5 MINUTES LATER AND WENT TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK REQUESTING HELP. NO HELP BAD ATTITUDES AND TO MAKE THINGS WORSE SOME YOUNG MAN EMPLOYEE WHO WAS LISTENING TO THE WHOLE CONVERSATION AT THE FRONT DESK SAID SARCASTICALLY HAVE A NICE DAY. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN RUDE EMPLOYEES

Saved a ton of money during the Memorial Day sale on a washer.

Self check out doesn’t allow for email receipts & im sick of asking the staff to fix it and they scratch their heads like they don’t know what I’m talking about

I generally have a good shopping experience at this store. I like the selection and the helpful associates. Fast forward to if you have to make a return, get ready for some major attitude and unfriendliness. Sprinkle some condescension about gardening and you’ve got yourself a very uncomfortable return experience.

Erick in paint provided above and beyond customer service. Those type of employees are rare these days

I’m renovating my condo. Painting, adding stone accent wall, crown molding etc. I was fortunate enough to ask an associate by the name Norm for help. He was wonderful. Helpful, efficient, professional..in fact every associate we worked with was happy to help .. literally I’ve never experienced such attentive personnel .

Was able to complete my home project on Easter due to the fact the store was open, very grateful.

We were very surprised and pleased by the number of employees that asked us if we needed assistance while shopping. There was one particular female employee that took the time to advise us of a sale on air filters and stayed and helped us locate the size we needed. She was so helpful!

Love that there are always a nice variety of healthy vegetable plants to choose from.

Happy to take care of home items needed

This store is convenient but limited on supplies. Parking is tight and not very good in proximity to any of the entrances. The contractor truck parking is NOT wide enough for a pick up truck. The store cleanliness is in need of help. The concrete floor is cleaned but shelves and in between stacks is filthy.

I just purchased outdoor shades. The quality of in-store help was fantastic. The installer was also great.

I purchased a washer and dryer on June 1st at the beaches Home Depot. Dawne Glass helped me pick out what I wanted and asked the right questions so that I would have the best w & d for my household. She was very knowledgeable and helpful and I plan to always go to her when I shop at Home Depot which is often. Highly recommended!

The Nexgrill is among the best I have ever owned over the past 40+ years, heats up quickly and the SS grill lasts
